La presentazione giovedì 10 luglio in Comune – Verrà presentato giovedì 10 luglio il nuovo Programma comunale degli impianti di telefonia mobile per il quale l’Amministrazione ha avviato l’iter di adozione. Il documento, aggiornamento del piano approvato nel 2017, rappresenta un importante strumento per la pianificazione e la regolamentazione dell’installazione degli impianti per la telefonia mobile sul territorio comunale, con l’obiettivo prioritario di minimizzare l’esposizione della popolazione ai campi elettromagnetici e promuovere un corretto insediamento territoriale delle antenne
Il nuovo Programma, elaborato tenendo conto sia delle esigenze dell’Amministrazione sia dei piani di sviluppo delle reti dei gestori, mira a ridurre l’esposizione della popolazione alle radiazioni non ionizzanti, compatibilmente con la qualità del servizio, a razionalizzare la distribuzione delle nuove installazioni privilegiando supporti già esistenti, a garantire una copertura efficiente del servizio di telefonia mobile, a favorire la trasparenza e l’informazione ai cittadini. Attualmente sul territorio comunale sono presenti 86 stazioni radio base. L’aggiornamento del Programma prevede l’individuazione di 8 nuovi siti, San Leo, Chiassa Superiore, San Giuliano – Poggiola, Capo di Monte – Poggiolo (Agazzi), Rigutino, Puglia, Salceta-Formicheto-Osteria e Lusignano Cimitero. La localizzazione dei nuovi impianti è stata definita privilegiando l’installazione su aree pubbliche, per un maggiore controllo da parte del Comune, il ricorso alla tecnica del co-site, che consente di ridurre l’impatto visivo concentrando più antenne in un unico punto, e la scelta di zone a bassissima densità abitativa, per minimizzare le interferenze con le aree residenziali. Gli studi tecnici confermano che le nuove installazioni non presentano criticità in termini di impatto elettromagnetico, e pertanto non si rendono necessarie azioni di risanamento. “Questo aggiornamento rappresenta un passo fondamentale verso una pianificazione moderna e responsabile dello sviluppo delle reti di comunicazione mobile – dichiara l’assessore Francesca Lucherini –. L’obiettivo è tutelare la salute dei cittadini e il paesaggio, garantendo al tempo stesso un servizio di connettività efficiente e sostenibile. Il Programma mette al centro la trasparenza, la collaborazione con i gestori e una gestione del territorio attenta e consapevole. Si tratta di uno strumento tecnico ma anche politico, con cui intendiamo governare i cambiamenti tecnologici nel rispetto della comunità e dell’ambiente”. L’Amministrazione continuerà a coinvolgere i cittadini nelle fasi successive del processo, anche attraverso momenti di informazione e partecipazione pubblica.
La presentazione si terrà giovedì 10 luglio alle ore 9:00 nella Sala Rosa di Palazzo Comunale.
Saranno presenti il vicesindaco Lucia Tanti, l’assessore Francesca Lucherini, il progettista del piano ing. Giancarlo Strani, i progettisti dell’Ufficio governo del territorio.
