Tale scelta si basa su una governance che punta alla rappresentatività e professionalità necessarie a garantire a Sogepu la capacità di consolidare la costante crescita avuta negli anni rendendo la partecipata protagonista nella gestione del trattamento dei rifiuti nel panorama regionale. In riferimento all’amministratore unico uscente, al quale auspico di chiarire al più presto le questioni di carattere giudiziario, il giudizio politico sull’espletamento e raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell’azienda risulta positivo. Nei prossimi giorni verrà emanato il decreto sindacale di nomina da portare in seduta assembleare dei soci che presumibilmente si terrà giovedi 22 giugno. Ringrazio inoltre tutti coloro che hanno dato la disponibilità per svolgere una funzione all’interno del nuovo Cda di Sogepu, apprezzandone il senso civico dimostrato. La scelta che ha guidato le nomine è stata quella di avere un rapporto di rappresentatività anche fiduciario con i soggetti indicati”. E’ quanto dichiarato dal sindaco Luca Secondi, in riferimento al rinnovo delle cariche di Sogepu Spa.
