“Abbiamo sempre vissuto nel castello”

ANGHIARI – II titolo del corso che  La Scuola di Holden organizza il prossimo mese di luglio nel Castello di Sorci. Il corso è condotto da una insegnante di eccezione: Loredana Lipperini, famosa scrittrice e conduttrice radiofonica di uno dei programma di punta di Radio Rai 3, “Fahrenheit” la rubrica di libri.

Lo comunica Veronica Barelli, che dichiara: il Castello di Sorci nel tempo, soprattutto con la storica conduzione dell’attività da parte di mio padre Primetto, si è sempre caratterizzato per la scelta di accompagnare l’affermata attività di ristorazione all’utilizzo dei luoghi del Castello per realizzarvi significative attività culturali, in tutti i settori della creazione artistica. Voglio ricordare, continua Veronica Barelli, che oggi insieme con i fratelli Alberto e Alessandro conduce l’attività ereditata dal padre, negli ultimi anni, ad esempio, si svolge “Tovaglia a Quadri”, la conosciutissima rappresentazione di una commedia di teatro popolare raccontata mentre viene servita una cena contadina, vengono poi organizzati grandi eventi e visite guidate al castello in costume dall’Associazione ‘Centro delle antiche vie’, mentre nel mese di luglio, con il musicista Fabrizio Lepri, ci sono gli incontri di lettura ‘Calici alla corte di Baldaccio’. Nel corso del tempo al Castello, come molti sanno, hanno soggiornato autori di cinema, giornalisti, scrittori che hanno utilizzato gli spazi del Castello per scrivere le loro opere e realizzare le loro creazioni artistiche. Oggi, quindi, continua Veronica Barelli, il Castello avvia questa importante collaborazione con la Scuola di Holden che, come si sa, è la scuola di scrittura creativa fondata a Torino da Alessandro Baricco. L’importante collaborazione con la scuola è stata possibile per la comune conoscenza, continua Veronica Barelli, di Eleonora Tassoni della libreria La Rinascita di Ascoli Piceno. Come accennato La Scuola Holden,  dal 7 al 9 luglio realizza al Castello  il corso dal titolo “Abbiamo sempre vissuto nel castello. Conduce il corso come accennato Loredana Lipperini, scrittrice e conduttrice radiofonica.
David Foster Wallace diceva che ogni storia d’amore è una storia di fantasmi, ma forse tutte le storie lo sono: questo è il presupposto del corso e, che si tratti di raccontare di veri spettri della letteratura gotica o degli spiriti ambigui dei nostri giorni, un castello è il luogo perfetto per farlo.
Col Castello di Sorci a fare da sfondo, si starà insieme per un weekend, ascoltando le storie più belle dei ritornanti ed esercitandosi a scriverle, sia di giorno che di notte.
Questo percorso è una delle molte iniziative che quest’anno la Scuola Holden, in collaborazione con librerie e associazioni locali, è riuscita a organizzare in tutta Italia.
