Sabato 6 aprile a San Piero in Bagno parte il ciclo di incontri sulla promozione della salute ‘Sostieni chi sostiene’ promosso dall’unità operativa Igiene e Sanità pubblica Forlì-Cesena con il supporto del servizio di Psicologia della Salute e di Comunità, degli infermieri di comunità della Casa di Comunità Valle Savio e degli assistenti sociali dell’Unione Valle Savio, e il patrocinio del Comune di Bagno di Romagna.
Sabato 6 aprile si parlerà di sana alimentazione insieme alla Dietista e a personale sanitario; sabato 13 aprile insieme alla Psicologa si parlerà dell’importanza del benessere psicologico per poter portare avanti al meglio le attività di assistenza, mentre sabato 20 aprile sarà possibile sperimentare alcuni esempi di attività fisica adatta a tutte le età insieme ad un laureato in Scienze Motorie (si consiglia un abbigliamento comodo e consono all’attività fisica). Nel corso degli incontri saranno illustrati i benefici che derivano dall’adozione di uno stile di vita sano e attivo, con un approfondimento sul ruolo del benessere psicologico, dell’alimentazione e dell’attività fisica nel complesso ruolo del “prendersi cura”. Gli incontri si terranno nella Sala Auser, in Via della Solidarietà 1 a San Piero in Bagno, dalle 9:30 alle 11:30 e saranno condotti da professionisti esperti in promozione della salute e cambiamento del Dipartimento di Sanità Pubblica in collaborazione con la SSI di Psicologia della Salute e di Comunità.
