Questa volta Sansepolcro ha preso i suoi ospiti anche per la gola nel fine settimana dedicato al cibo di strada da tutto il mondo.La sesta edizione di Sansepolcro Food&Street non ha smentito i pronostici, confermando e migliorando i numeri dell’edizione 2023.
L’evento, organizzato da Confcommercio con il patrocinio del Comune di Sansepolcro, il contributo di Banca di Anghiari e Stia e la collaborazione tecnica della Fiva (Federazione Nazionale Venditori Ambulanti) e di Meet Valtiberina, ha registrato una partecipazione straordinaria con migliaia di visitatori che si sono riversati per le vie del Borgo e lungo viale Diaz, portando un flusso continuo da venerdì 24 a domenica 26 maggio.Tante le persone, anche da fuori città, che hanno apprezzato il format del giro del mondo del gusto, combinando sapori internazionali con le specialità toscane. Un mix che, unito all’intrattenimento, alla card per gli sconti e alle proposte culturali, si è rivelato vincente per promuovere la città e le sue attività economiche.Il successo non si è limitato alla sola gastronomia. I tour guidati alla scoperta del Borgo, organizzati da Confguide, hanno registrato il tutto esaurito, confermando l’interesse dei visitatori per le bellezze storiche e culturali di Sansepolcro. Anche il progetto shopping card ha riscosso grande successo tra i turisti, che hanno approfittato degli sconti nei negozi del centro storico.Massimiliano Micelli, responsabile della delegazione di Confcommercio Valtiberina, aggiunge: “Un week end da record, in particolare venerdì e sabato, con benefici per tutte le attività di commercio tradizionale e della ristorazione, non solo per gli operatori dello street food.
