Sono stati dimessi i pazienti che nella giornata di ieri sono stati trasportati negli ospedali San Donato di Arezzo e Santa Maria alla Gruccia in Valdarno a seguito dell’incidente in A1 in cui è rimasto coinvolto un bus con turisti a bordo.
Una paziente, ancora ricoverata nell’ospedale del Valdarno, sarà dimessa già nelle prossime ore. L’emergenza è stata gestita dalla Centrale operativa del 118 dell’Asl Tse di Arezzo in sinergia con gli ospedali e i pronto soccorso di Arezzo e Valdarno e delle Scotte di Siena vigili del fuoco, forze dell’ordine e associazioni di volontariato. “La prima chiamata che arriva alla Centrale è la più importante perché si parte da quella per iniziare a delineare lo scenario e l’entità dell’incidente – spiega Luca Pancioni, coordinatore infermieristico del gruppo maxiemergenze 118 – si predispone nell’immediato l’invio dei primi medici e infermieri soccorritori, mentre gli altri mezzi in supporto iniziano l’avvicinamento fino ad arrivare al luogo dell’incidente in caso di necessità. Fondamentale, in queste situazioni, è la sinergia con tutti gli attori coinvolti, dai primi soccorritori sul posto al trasporto dei pazienti fino ai pronto soccorso degli ospedali”.Le Direzioni dei presidi ospedalieri di Arezzo e del Valdarno si sono attivate immediatamente, insieme ai rispettivi pronto soccorso e ai vari reparti, per la gestione dei pazienti in arrivo. È stato attivato il Peimaf – Piano emergenza interno massiccio afflusso di feriti – per la predisposizione di posti letto e personale medico specialistico quali radiologi, chirurghi, anestesisti, ortopedici e pediatri per una presa in carico tempestiva. Nel pronto soccorso del San Donato di Arezzo è stata utilizzata l’intera area open space per l’intermedia e alta intensità recentemente inaugurata per favorire una migliore gestione dei pazienti da parte del personale medico e infermieristico. “Il sistema ha risposto in modo ottimale – sottolinea il dottor Maurizio Zanobetti, direttore dell’Area Dipartimentale provinciale Aretina di Medicina d’urgenza e Pronto Soccorso e direttore del PS del San Donato – l’emergenza urgenza, pur attraversando un periodo di difficoltà a livello nazionale per la ben nota perdita di vocazione del personale medico ed infermieristico per questo lavoro, ha dimostrato ancora una volta come il sistema sanitario nazionale sia il cardine della presa in carico dei pazienti e l’emergenza uno dei suoi punti di forza maggiori”. “Le diverse professionalità in campo sono fondamentali in tutte le fasi di eventi critici come quello accaduto nella giornata di ieri in autostrada – sottolinea il direttore generale dell’Asl Toscana sud est, Antonio D’Urso – ringrazio tutti i medici e il personale infermieristico del 118, dei pronto soccorso e degli ospedali per il lavoro affrontato con grande professionalità e dedizione, un ottimo coordinamento che ha portato ad una gestione puntuale di uno scenario critico visto anche il numero di persone ferite.
