Sabato 2 e domenica 3 novembre presso il Teatro Eduardo De Filippo di Arzano (Na) si terrà la seconda edizione di “Eduardo Dance Competition”, concorso tersicoreo rivolto a coreografi indipendenti, scuole di danza, e compagnie emergenti sotto la direzione artistica del Maestro Francesco Annarumma, coreografo di fama internazionale.
L’obiettivo dell’evento, fortemente voluto dal direttore artistico, è quello di promuovere le capacità creative e il talento dei partecipanti. Come partnership vanta United Dance Tirana, Gran Galà Premio Das e Dance Festival Lituania. A sottolineare il prestigio della kermesse, una giuria d’eccezione composta da: Giuseppe Picone – Étoile internazionale (presidente di giuria) , Francesco Gammino – coreografo freelance e docente internazionale, Andrea Alemanno – Direttore Artistico World of Dance Italy, Monica Ratti – critico di danza, esperta di politiche giovanili, direttrice artistica del concorso DANZA SI, Simone Milani in arte SPILLO – ballerino e coreografico per Amici, Adria Ferrali – Direttrice artistica DAP FESTIVAL, Nicola Biasutti – docente alla John Cranko School di Stoccarda e Antonio Colandrea – coreografo e docente internazionale. Il concorso, presentato da Ilaria Sambucci – giornalista televisiva e critico di danza e spettacolo – vedrà esibirsi i solisti, i passi a due e i gruppi delle categorie babies, kids, children, juniores e seniores di danza classica, moderna, contemporanea, urban – hip hop e composizione coreografica. Inoltre, per la categoria dei seniores, vi è una sezione speciale di improvvisazione coreografica di contemporaneo. Al termine delle due giornate di concorso verrà assegnato il “Premio Eduardo Dance Competition” del valore di 1000€ in alta formazione per il miglior talento tra tutte le categorie e fasce d’età, che ha l’obiettivo di sostenere lo studente nel proprio percorso formativo professionale nel mondo della danza. Tra i premi anche quello al miglior talento e al miglior coreografo. La giuria potrà poi assegnare ai partecipanti più meritevoli diverse borse di studio per Pennsylvania Ballet Academy e DAP Festival.
