“Politica e Arte” sono i quadri di Fanfani esposti al Senato della Repubblica

La mostra dei  dipinti di Amintore Fanfani è stata inaugurata Mercoledì 20 novembre alle 15.00 a Palazzo Madama in Sala Garibaldi,  al Senato della Repubblica. L’esposizione sul politico della Democrazia Cristiana resterà aperta fino al 5 gennaio. “Politica e Arte,  Disegni e Visioni” è il titolo della mostra con la collaborazione dei comuni di Sansepolcro,  Pieve Santo Stefano e l’associazione Kairos.

La cerimonia di inaugurazione permette di ripercorrere un lungo tratto del suo cammino artistico e personale, svelando una spiritualità profonda e sorprendente sensibilità. All’evento hanno partecipato il Presidente del Senato Senatore: Ignazio La  Russa. Ha fatto seguito l’intervento del Senatore: Pier Ferdinando Casini, tra i promotori della mostra che ha seguito ed assecondato tutte le iniziative realizzate. “Ho visto una grande attenzione non solo per le opere ma per la personalità di Amintore”, ha detto- Casini-  salutando il nipote Giuseppe, parlamentare, sindaco e componente del Csm. Oltre ai figli, era presente il capo scorta Agazio Pacetta che ha vigilato per anni su Fanfani. Liletta Fornasari, curatrice della mostra, dalle sue labbra si capisce l’emozione per il grosso impegno preso, ne ha illustrato gli aspetti più rilevanti, legati alla originalità e attualità del suo stile pittorico di Fanfani. Promotore dell’evento: Franco Ciavattini, presidente di Kairos. La mostra è costituita da numerose opere originali provenienti in larga parte da un collezionista privato – dice Ciavattini – ma anche dai familiari ed amici del presidente, che nel lontano 1970 aveva organizzato a Sansepolcro città  natale la sua prima mostra alle Civiche Stanze. Oggi, siamo alla scoperta di Amintore Fanfani artista- continua  il presidente Kairos – con la sua politica e l’arte ha interpretato il rinnovamento del nostro paese. Alcuni Sindaci della Valtiberina:  Franco Dori, sindaco in Sestino. Alfredo Romanelli di Monterchi, Claudio Marcelli di Pieve Santo Stefano.  Fabrizio Innocenti per il comune di Sansepolcro e il Presidente dei cammini di Francesco: Giovanni Tricca. Fanfani non era soltanto uno statista ma anche un pittore ed è stato protagonista di mostre importantitra il 1970 e il 1975.
