VALLE DEL SAVIO – Si realizzano nei Comuni della Valle del Savio le prime azioni di un importante progetto, frutto di un lavoro congiunto tra la Rete Locale di Cure Palliative della Romagna, la Direzione del Distretto Cesena Valle Savio
il Dipartimento di Cure Primarie e Medicina di Comunità Forlì Cesena e la Direzione Assistenziale di Cesena, per migliorare la qualità della vita delle persone di qualsiasi età e delle famiglie che si trovano ad affrontare problematiche associate a patologie cronico-degenerative evolutive inguaribili, prevenendo e curando la sofferenza fisica, psicosociale e spirituale.
Da diversi anni è presente la Rete Locale Cure Palliative della Romagna, un’unica rete aziendale con sedi organizzative e assistenziali presenti nei 3 ambiti territoriali (Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini). Garantisce cura e assistenza a livello ambulatoriale, domiciliare, ospedaliero e all’interno degli Hospice, interfacciandosi e integrandosi con i Medici di Medicina Generale e le strutture per anziani.
I punti cardine: formazione, multiprofessionalità e avvio attività di teleconsulto
Al fine migliorare le competenze dei professionisti per la valutazione e gestione dei bisogni di cure palliative alla fine della vita e nella gestione della relazione di aiuto, ieri nella Sala Consiliare di Palazzo Pesarini di San Piero in Bagno è stato organizzato il corso di formazione “Il fine vita: le cure palliative come approccio integrato” rivolto a professionisti dei servizi territoriali e ospedalieri. I relatori, Marco Cesare Maltoni (direttore UO Cure Palliative Romagna e Coordinatore della Rete Locale Cure Palliative della Romagna), Elena Amaducci (responsabile Struttura Semplice Cure Palliative Cesena e Hospice Savignano), Antinisca Perini (infermiera Case Manager dell’Hospice Savignano) e Anne Costa Muniz (infermiera Case Manager Rete Locale Cure Palliative Ambito Cesena), si sono confrontati con i professionisti presenti, portando le loro esperienze e competenze al fine di rafforzare i percorsi territoriali e ospedalieri che possono accompagnare le persone in questa fase così delicata della vita.
Hanno partecipato medici, infermieri, fisioterapisti e OSS afferenti all’U.O. Medicina-Lungodegenza e OSCO di S. Piero in Bagno, Medici di Medicina Generale, gli Infermieri di Famiglia e Comunità/Servizio Infermieristico Domiciliare e del Punto Unico di Accesso e gli Assistenti Sociali dei Servizi Sociali della Valle del Savio.
Dopo la formazione dei professionisti si avvierà l’attività di teleconsulto da parte dei medici e infermieri della Rete di cure palliative per il reparto di Medicina Interna Lungodegenza e Ospedale di Comunità di San Piero in Bagno, con momenti di briefing periodici per supportare la presa in carico dei malati con bisogni di cure palliative e gestire in modo integrato la fase di “fine vita”, che coinvolgeranno anche il Servizio Infermieristico Domiciliare, gli Assistenti Sociali dell’Unione Valle Savio e i Medici di Medicina Generale.
“Questo progetto – sottolinea la direttrice del Distretto Cesena Valle Savio Paola Ceccarelli – rappresenta un’importante passo avanti nel percorso di presa in carico delle persone affette da malattie inguaribili e delle loro famiglie, con un approccio multidisciplinare e in un’ottica di forte integrazione ospedale territorio e socio sanitaria, nonché di prossimità dei servizi vicini alla Comunità della Valle del Savio, in piena coerenza con quanto previsto dalla riforma delle cure territoriali prevista dal DM77/22”.
“Le cure palliative – spiega la dott.ssa Elena Amaducci , responsabile della Struttura Semplice Cure Palliative Cesena e Hospice di Savignano – si caratterizzano per l’approccio multidimensionale e multiprofessionale al malato attraverso un lavoro di equipe, con l’obiettivo di individuare in maniera tempestiva i bisogni di cure palliative, rispondere modulando gli interventi nel tempo e con intensità proporzionata alle necessità, con l’apporto specialistico in particolare quando si delineano bisogni assistenziali e sintomi di particolare rilievo o complessità. Questa progettualità di ambito si pone l’obiettivo di rafforzare la rete locale di cure palliative, favorendo e implementando le occasioni di confronto con i professionisti delle equipe curanti, per una sempre migliore integrazione”.

Zespół ARMIA powstał w 1984 roku na skutek zetknięcia trzech osobowości naszej niezależnej sceny: Tomasza Budzyńskiego (Siekiera), Roberta Brylewskiego ( Brygada Kryzys , Izrael) i filozofa Sławomira Gołaszewskiego.
Zespół wydał kilkanaście płyt, z których wydana w 1990 roku „Legenda” oraz „Triodante” z 1994 r. zaliczane są do klasyki polskiej muzyki rockowej. W ciągu trzydziestokilkuletniej kariery zespołu w jego składzie grało wielu wybitnych i zasłużonych dla rockowej sceny muzyków. W 2011 roku na Międzynarodowym Festiwalu Filmowym Howe Horyzonty we Wrocławiu miał premierę film „Podróż na Wschód”, który jest poetycką historią zespołu Armia opartą na kanwie opowiadania Stefana Grabińskiego. Jest on dołączony w formie DVD do autobiograficznej książki Tomasza Budzyńskiego „Soul Side Story
