Al via i corsi per il personale sanitario dell’Asl Toscana sud est per prevenire e ridurre le aggressioni

L’obiettivo è fornire strumenti e tecniche per affrontare eventuali emergenze conflittuali con l’utente che si ha di fronte e creare un contesto idoneo al dialogo e alla mediazione Risolvere o diminuire l’intensità della tensione e dei comportamenti aggressivi dell’utente che si ha di fronte attraverso tecniche di appropriata interazione e comunicazione.

Sono questi gli obiettivi dei corsi per prevenire e ridurre le aggressioni al personale e organizzati dall’area dipartimentale Sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e salute dei lavoratori. Il ciclo formativo partirà il 27 febbraio e coinvolgerà il personale dell’Asl Toscana sud est, in particolare delle aree e dei contesti lavorativi statisticamente più a rischio come pronto soccorso, emergenza territoriale, salute mentale, servizi per la dipendenza, aree di degenza, servizi di assistenza sociale e assistenza domiciliare.  I corsi partiranno a Grosseto nelle date 27 e 28 febbraio e 12, 13, 27 e 28 marzo presso l’auditorium del Misericordia per poi fare tappa al Centro Direzionale di Siena (3, 4, 10 e 11 aprile, 8 e 9 maggio) e all’ospedale San Donato di Arezzo (29 e 30 maggio, 12 e 13 giugno, 18 e 19 settembre). Durante le giornate formative verranno fornite specifiche tecniche per permettere al personale sanitario di affrontare un’emergenza conflittuale. Lo scopo è creare un contesto idoneo al dialogo e alla risoluzione attraverso la de-escalation, una tecnica per diminuire l’intensità della tensione e dell’aggressività. «Questi corsi formativi – sottolinea il direttore dell’area dipartimentale Sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e salute dei lavoratori, Riccardo Bassi – sono la risposta al bisogno di implementare le soft-skills del personale dei reparti a maggior rischio, facilitando, così, le capacità di gestire l’aggressività dell’utenza e acquisire tecniche di consapevolezza situazionale per ridurre l’incidenza di questi eventi e i rischi di infortunio sul lavoro».
