Presentato stamani nella Sala dei Grandi il progetto sostenuto attraverso i fondi del PR FSE+21-27 nell’ambito del rifinanziamento della legge regionale sulla cittadinanza di genere Sono state presentate oggi giovedì 6 marzo 2025, presso la Sala dei Grandi del Palazzo della Provincia di Arezzo dal Presidente della Provincia di Arezzo Alessandro Polcri, e dall’Assessora all’Istruzione e alle Pari Opportunità della Regione Toscana Alessandra Nardini,
le azioni portate avanti a favore della cittadinanza di genere e finanziate nell’ambito della legge regionale 16/2009. Le azioni di svilupperanno attraverso “Edu.li.st.” – acronimo di Educare liberi da stereotipi. Il progetto è stato elaborato dalla Provincia di Arezzo e sostenuto dalla Regione nell’ambito del rifinanziamento, attraverso i fondi del PR FSE+2021-2027, della sua legge sulla Cittadinanza di genere.Lezioni, incontri, laboratori assieme a docenti universitari e mondo del terzo settore per promuovere l’educazione alla parità di genere tra insegnanti, studentesse e studenti, dalla scuola dell’infanzia alle scuole secondarie di secondo grado. Grazie alla partecipazione al bando regionale lanciato nella scorsa primavera, il progetto ha ottenuto un contributo di circa 549 mila euro , che si sviluppa su tre anni.
Il Presidente della Provincia di Arezzo Alessandro Polcri dichiara: “Parlare di stereotipi, significa affrontare un argomento più che mai attuale, perché a livello culturale permangono ancora forti resistenze, nel considerare donne e uomini come persone a cui spettano invece le stesse opportunità di crescita e di sviluppo su tutti i fronti, da quello educativo sin dall’infanzia fino a quello formativo, lavorativo, politico e sociale in età adulta. Il concetto di genere fa riferimento ad un sistema di ruoli e di relazioni storicamente determinati dal contesto familiare, sociale, culturale, politico ed economico. La cultura dunque segna profondamente il modo di essere e di pensare e dentro determinati contesti sociali si vanno rafforzando modelli comportamentali profondamente segnati da atteggiamenti, idee e percezioni stereotipate. Ecco che invece, l’accogliere e lo stimolare oppure il disincentivare o addirittura, il rifiutare le predisposizioni innate, sono azioni che cambiano in maniera sostanziale il risultato attraverso un percorso educativo che deve avere come obiettivo finale quello di favorire lo sviluppo di soggetti pensanti e di pensieri liberi. Una progettualità di carattere triennale permette infatti, di approfondire tematiche in tutto il nostro territorio, in ambito formativo e scolastico, con l’obiettivo di sensibilizzare docenti e studenti in modo da riconoscere, analizzare ed infine superare ed abbattere le forme ancora frequenti e discriminatorie degli stereotipi di Genere”.
L’assessora regionale all’Istruzione e alle Pari Opportunità Alessandra Nardini dichiara: “Il rifinanziamento della legge regionale 16/2009 ‘Cittadinanza di genere’ era una impegno che ci eravamo presi in questa legislatura perché crediamo fermamente che combattere e prevenire discriminazioni e disuguaglianze di genere, fino al drammatico fenomeno della violenza contro le donne, in tutte le forme in cui essa si manifesta, sia un preciso dovere delle istituzioni”. “Se vogliamo farlo concretamente – aggiunge – dobbiamo partire dall’educazione, dal rimuovere pregiudizi, destrutturare stereotipi e ruoli di genere. Dobbiamo, dunque, cambiare la cultura del nostro Paese, della nostra società, superando quel rapporto storicamente diseguale tra donne e uomini e sconfiggendo il patriarcato che, al netto di quello che alcuni dicono, esiste ancora, eccome.“Ecco perché – spiega l’assessora – siamo partiti nel 2022 con un primo bando, che allora definimmo sperimentale, che andava a rifinanziare la nostra legge regionale con complessivi 800mila euro a livello regionale, ed oggi non solo confermiamo il rifinanziamento ma lo incrementiamo notevolmente e diamo continuità a questi interventi, attraverso un bando triennale finanziato con 5,7 milioni a livello regionale”. “Come nel 2022, tra le azioni che le Province possono mettere in campo con queste risorse – sottolinea Nardini – ci sono i bilanci di genere e i progetti di sensibilizzazione nelle scuole di ogni ordine e grado, azione che ho voluto anche in questo bando obbligatoria per accedere al finanziamento, perché sono fermamente convinta che questa sia la sola strada per prevenire, per impedire in futuro che disuguaglianze e discriminazioni continuino a verificarsi”. “Ringrazio l’Amministrazione provinciale di Arezzo, le scuole che hanno aderito, le Università coinvolte nei percorsi ed i soggetti del terzo settore che parteciperanno – conclude l’assessora – per l’impegno su questi temi. La nostra scelta di destinare queste risorse alle Province consentendo loro di poter tornare ad esercitare appieno una loro competenza, quella sulle pari opportunità, non era scontata, ma siamo convinti che la collaborazione tra le diverse istituzioni sia fondamentale e che le Province meritino di tornare ad essere valorizzate e riconosciute, dopo anni in cui sono state depauperate di risorse, economiche e umane. Con questo bando uniamo le forze, per portare avanti insieme questa battaglia di civiltà volta ad affermare la cultura del rispetto delle differenze, tutte, e la cultura della parità”. Le attività di diffusione della cultura della parità di genere avverranno attraverso il superamento, la destrutturazione di pregiudizi, stereotipi e ruoli di genere discriminatori. Per quanto riguarda la formazione delle e degli insegnanti, il percorso di sensibilizzazione nelle Scuole dell’Infanzia e Primarie verrà realizzato da una Docente dell’Università di Firenze. Sono programmati moduli da 16 ore ciascuno, suddivisi in 4 Incontri, ed approfondiranno i temi relativi alla costruzione dell’identità di genere maschile e femminile attraverso l’analisi e la decodifica di alcune pratiche sessiste. Le lezioni saranno realizzate parte in presenza, e parte on-line, ed organizzate per stimolare un apprendimento partecipativo ed attivo privilegiando il lavoro di gruppo e le attività laboratoriali. Nelle scuole Secondarie, di Primo e Secondo Grado, la formazione sarà curata da da docenti dell’Università degli Studi Milano – Bicocca. In questo caso i moduli organizzati in 4 incontri e sempre in modalità mista (presenza/on line) dureranno 20 ore ciascuno e saranno articolati in una prima parte teorica, con sguardo multidisciplinare, ed una parte praticolaboratoriale con l’utilizzo di una metodologia di tipo partecipativo. Successivamente saranno avviate le attività laboratoriali con studentesse e studenti delle Scuole Primarie e Secondarie, realizzate da Enti del Terzo Settore che risponderanno, con adeguata proposta progettuale, ad una specifica “Manifestazione di Interesse” indetta da questa Amministrazione. Si tratterà di laboratori da 20 ore organizzate annualmente per tutto il territorio provinciale.
