BADIA TEDALDA – Al consiglio comunale del 05/06 erano assenti Barbieri e Spela, perciò le interrogazioni e le mozioni non sono state discusse. Il resoconto è stato fatto dal capogruppo Olivieri. Ecco un breve riassunto del consiglio comunale.Il comune di badia è ufficialmente entrato in Arezzo casa versando in data odierna la quota di accesso, ho ricordato al sindaco che questo ingresso non deve cancellare l’impegno assunto per la sistemazione della casa popolare di via Alpe della luna. Il sindaco ha confermato l’impegno preso.
Una sola comunicazione riferita ai rifiuti urbani, l’arera con propria deliberazione riduce del 25% il costo del servizio alle famiglie disagiate, reddito molto basso, compensando tale riduzione con l’aumento di 6 euro ad utenza a tutte le altre famiglie.La ratifica della variazione di bilancio è riferita all’utilizzo e all’impegno di una parte dell’avanzo di amministrazione e più precisamente:15.000 € per la viabilità con priorità alla strada comunale di arsicci 8.000€ quale quota parte per l’acquisto di uno spartineve29.000 € per la maggior spesa di costruzione dei loculi, tale spesa è stata giustificata asserendo che il precedente importo era dato da un progetto preliminare di massima mentre il progetto esecutivo prevede un importo maggiore di spesa. Ho ribadito, dal momento che 60.000€ dell’avanzo sono ancora da impegnare che una parte di essi siano destinati a montebotolino e una parte alla messa in sicurezza della casa popolare. Il sindaco ha dato risposta positiva a tali richieste. Ha poi riferito di aver parlato con snam per la strada che da santa Sofia porta a casteldelci e sembra che una piccola manutenzione da parte di snam sia possibile mentre non sa se la passerella sul marecchia verrà fatta oppure no. Un’ultima cosa riguarda la scuola di rofelle che è stata tolta dal piano delle valorizzazioni immobiliari nel senso che tale bene rimane nella disponibilità del comune e non sarà venduta.
