La mia richiesta era di avere chiarimenti su un argomento molto delicato corrispondente a una lista di ben 16 immobili che versano in stato di totale abbandono: palazzo Carbonati, palazzo ex Banca d’Italia, ex caserma via Garibaldi, ex palazzina comando Cadorna, ex palazzina corpo di guarda ed ex polveriera sempre in piazza Amintore Fanfani, ex palazzo delle Logge del Grano, chiosco Campo di Marte, lo stabile che ospitava un ristorante etnico in via Pietri, ex garage delle motociclette della polizia municipale in via Lorenzetti, ex mattatoi comunali in via degli Ubertini, locali commerciali in via Pisacane, ex circoscrizione Giovi, ex scuole elementari di Frassineto e Battifolle, casa colonica a Castelsecco. L’assessore al patrimonio andrà a percepire per tutto il 2023 ben 4.806,94 euro al mese fino a raggiungere la ‘meritata’ cifra di 5.796 euro nel 2024. Somme che dovrebbero stimolare almeno una riflessione su come l’amministrazione comunale ha fatto andare in malora tutti questi edifici. Ma evidentemente il patrimonio resta un mistero, perché in caso contrario almeno due parole avrebbe potuto darle già nel corso dei lavori consiliari”.
