Si è svolta ieri la cerimonia di premiazione dei vincitori del Lean Health Award 2023, il premio delle eccellenze sanitarie italiane giunto quest’anno alla sesta edizione, che ha visto oltre 90 Aziende sanitarie partecipanti da tutta Italia e 31 progetti finalisti su 222 in concorso.
L’ AUSL della Romagna, si è aggiudicata l’Oscar della sanità’ 2023 e il primo posto nella categoria Value-based healthcare con il progetto ‘’Digital (he)ART Network” per aver migliorato il percorso del paziente con scompenso cardiaco. A consegnare il premio sono stati Giovanni Migliore e Paolo Petralia, rispettivamente Presidente e Vicepresidente vicario di Fiaso.
“Il progetto Digital Art network coinvolge oggi tutte le Cardiologie della Romagna ed è dedicato ai pazienti con scompenso cardiaco cronico, portatori di defibrillatori impiantabili gestiti con monitoraggio del sistema da remoto – spiega il dottor Alberto Bandini della Cardiologia dell’ospedale “Morgagni-Pierantoni” di Forlì – Nuove tecnologie digitali sono state associate ad un modello organizzativo nuovo di presa in carico dei pazienti, in grado di massimizzare efficacia e qualità dei trattamenti erogati, minimizzando i costi ed aumentando la qualità di vita del paziente”. “Si tratta di una prestazione di valore per l’intero sistema – prosegue – In collaborazione, poi, con la Facoltà di Bioingegneria dell’Università di Bologna – sede di Cesena, stiamo sviluppando un algoritmo innovativo proprietario che partendo dai dati provenienti dai dispositivi impiantati, e utilizzando la piattaforma integrata che abbiamo chiamato RemotHeart, ha l’obiettivo di anticipare il peggioramento clinico del paziente, per erogare tempestivamente un intervento appropriato, coordinato con i vari professionisti clinici coinvolti nella presa in carico del paziente. I dati contenuti nella piattaforma sono stati poi inseriti nella cartella clinica informatizzata”.
