CITTA’ DI CASTELLO – l’intervento è stato candidato al beneficio dei contributi regionali per il biennio 2024-2025. Per ottenere il punteggio più alto nella valutazione tecnica del bando, l’ente si è impegnato a cofinanziare le opere per 39.000 euro La giunta comunale di Città di Castello ha approvato il progetto di fattibilità tecnica ed economica da 150 mila euro per la ristrutturazione del Centro di Vita Associata di Cerbara e ha candidato l’intervento all’assegnazione del massimo importo previsto dall’avviso pubblico della Regione Umbria per l’erogazione dei contributi finalizzati alla riqualificazione dei CVA appartenenti al patrimonio degli enti locali nel biennio 2024-2025.
Per favorire la realizzazione dell’opera attraverso le risorse regionali, l’esecutivo ha scelto di impegnarsi a cofinanziare i lavori per la quota del 26 per cento, pari a 39.000 euro, che dà diritto all’attribuzione del punteggio più alto nella valutazione di merito del progetto. La proposta di fattibilità tecnica ed economica approvata dalla giunta è stata presentata dall’Associazione Centro di Vita Associata di Cerbara ed è stata giudicata conforme alle prerogative del bando dal responsabile unico del procedimento dell’ente. L’intervento si propone di apportare le necessarie migliorie dal punto di vista dell’efficientamento energetico e dell’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche allo stabile del CVA di Cerbara, costruito negli anni ‘70. La porzione di edificio interessata dal progetto non è mai stata oggetto di lavori di adeguamento, né interno, né esterno. Per raggiungere gli obiettivi progettuali sono previste la realizzazione di un cappotto termico esterno, la sostituzione degli infissi esterni della palazzina con altri in alluminio muniti di vetrate bassoemissive, la sostituzione dei corpi per il riscaldamento del locale bar e della sala “Falcinelli” con nuovi termoconvettori, più performanti e a minore consumo elettrico. La fruibilità e la sicurezza dei locali a beneficio degli avventori saranno raggiunti, in particolare, con il rifacimento dei servizi igienici a piano terra, con l’aggiunta del bagno per portatori di handicap e con l’installazione di nuovi impianti tecnologici. L’accesso al CVA delle persone con disabilità sarà favorito con l’allestimento di un montascale, che darà la possibilità di raggiungere autonomamente i locali del piano rialzato, dove sono presenti il bar, la sala “Falcinelli” e saranno realizzati i servizi per portatori di handicap. Punto di forza del progetto sarà l’intervento di efficientamento energetico dell’immobile. Il montaggio del cappotto termico esterno, la sostituzione degli infissi e dei vecchi elementi scaldanti del bar e della sala “Falcinelli” con termoconvettori più performanti comporterà un avanzamento della classe energetica di circa il 20 per cento. L’installazione di nuove lampade a led permetterà di ottenere un risparmio annuo di circa il 10 per cento.
