Il Comune di Sinalunga, nell’applicare la Tari di quest’ anno, effettuerà una diminuzione, che va dal 10% al 20%, articolata nelle bollette di quasi tutte le categorie; importanti novità sono state poi approvate durante l’ultimo consiglio comunale al programma triennale delle opere pubbliche.
Il Comune di Sinalunga, nell’ultima seduta di consiglio comunale, ha approvato importanti variazioni al programma triennale delle opere pubbliche e ha destinato le risorse del risultato di amministrazione chiuso al 31 dicembre 2022. Scendendo nel particolare delle opere pubbliche, è stato approvato l’aumento delle risorse a disposizione per l’intervento del marciapiede di via Siena a Bettolle, è stata finanziata l’asfaltatura di un tratto di viabilità in località le Caselle sempre a Bettolle e di altri tratti del territorio elaborando un percorso di miglioramento dei manti stradali che continuerà anche negli anni successivi, andando così a individuare ulteriori 200mila euro di risorse oltre a quelle già programmate del bilancio di previsione. È stato poi previsto il finanziamento per 185mila euro per il rinnovamento del selciato di alcuni vicoli del centro storico di Sinalunga, e 170mila euro sono stati destinati alla riqualificazione completa del sottopasso ferroviario di via Trento a Pieve di Sinalunga. “Nella stessa manovra sono compresi numerosi altri piccoli interventi che riqualificheranno il tessuto urbano dell’intero Comune. Gli interventi che siamo andati a finanziare, prevedono spostamenti e incrementi di risorse provenienti da finanziamenti e l’utilizzo di 524mila euro di somme disponibili. Tutti gli interventi vengono programmati sempre con accortezza, favorendo l’esecuzione dei lavori, senza incidere sulle politiche di entrata del Comune relativi ai tributi dei cittadini e portando attenzione agli evidenti aumenti energetici con cui l’ente dovrà confrontarsi nei mesi successivi.” – spiega il sindaco Edo Zacchei. Nella stessa seduta, il consiglio prende atto del Piano economico e finanziario (PEF) elaborato da ATO rifiuti, condizionato da alcune scelte: “L’ottimizzazione dell’applicazione della tariffa, secondo il metodo ARERA previsto dalla vigente normativa, associata alla scelta della reinternalizzazione della fatturazione insieme alla valorizzazione di quelle comunità che più si sono distinte nella raccolta differenziata, hanno prodotto un piano economico e finanziario al ribasso che vedrà nell’applicazione della Tari di questo anno, una diminuzione articolata delle bollette, relative alla Tari, di quasi tutte le categorie che nella maggior parte dei casi va dal 10% nella maggioranza delle categorie, fino ad arrivare ad alcune categorie commerciali,(le più penalizzate dalla pandemia da covid 19), dove la riduzione arriva al 20%. Un risultato che speriamo di poter stabilizzare e migliorare anche negli anni futuri, consapevoli che tanto ancora c’è da lavorare sia sull’efficienza del servizio che sul corretto lavoro di differenziazione e conferimento.” – conclude il sindaco Zacchei.
