Ieri in Danimarca, il giovanissimo e promettente Azawakh, 15 mesi, a cui è stato affiancato il nome Stradivarius (in onore del cavallo leggenda del galoppo mondiale, il preferito di Frankie Dettori) si è laureato campione Europeo. “Azamour Stradivarius”, nato e allevato a Cerbara, attualmente vive in Polonia ed è di proprietà di Francesca Zampini e del giudice Adam Ostrowski. Dopo questo straordinario successo, Città di Castello, si conferma sempre di più la capitale internazionale dei levrieri da primato, i cani Azawakh (i cosiddetti “levrieri del deserto”). Dopo essere stata insignita lo scorso mese di dicembre dal Rotary Club del titolo di tifernate dell’anno, Francesca Zampini ha ottenuto un altro prestigioso riconoscimento. In occasione dell’assemblea annuale dei soci, il Gruppo cinofilo Perugino ha dato il via ai festeggiamenti per il 75esimo anno del gruppo. Tra questi non poteva mancare il premio all’allevatrice tifernate, che, insieme a Patrizio Palliani, è nella storia della cinofilia con i risultati ineguagliabili conseguiti dai loro bellissimi Azawak. Nel mese di Febbraio, in Russia, Bis Ch Azamour GV Don Carlos, nato a Cerbara, ha ottenuto il titolo di cane dell’anno 2022, vale a dire ha vinto più “best in show” e raggruppamenti rispetto ai cani di tutte le razze, sesso e classi che hanno partecipato alle mostre canine internazionali nell’anno appena trascorso in Russia. Dal 2006 gli Azawakh di Francesca Zampini per dieci anni consecutivi hanno sempre ottenuto il migliore assoluto della propria razza ai campionati del mondo. Nel 2020 sono stati ammessi per la prima volta a partecipare alle mostre. “Siamo orgogliosi di questo successo in Danimarca di un promettente soggetto come Stradivarius e per tutto l’allevamento italiano. Pur fra mille difficoltà e sacrifici grazie alla passione e amore per questi straordinari animali riusciamo ad ottenere risultati importanti che ci spingono ad andare avanti”, hanno dichiarato, Francesca Zampini e Patrizio Paliani. Appena appresa la notizia il sindaco, e l’assessore allo sport, nel rivolgere le più sentite congratulazioni alla titolare del prestigioso allevamento e ai diretti collaboratori hanno sottolineato “la portata mondiale di questo risultato storico di assoluto rilievo internazionale che proietta l”immagine della città, dell’allevamento in particolare in ambito internazionale”.
