Titolare di un centro di estetica ad Arezzo e di un e-commerce dedicato al mondo del beauty, attualmente coordinatrice regionale del Comitato per l’Imprenditoria femminile di Unioncamere Toscana, guiderà il gruppo Terziario Donna delle province di Firenze e Arezzo per i prossimi cinque anni insieme alle consigliere Chiara Lazzarini, Elisa Marcheselli, Paola Butali, Elena Spanò, Patrizia Artese Branca, Tatiana Di Mambro, Sandra Contiero, Vania Zacchei, Francesca Saletti, Francesca Schirano, Lorella Brigliadori, Barbara Alderotti, Arianna Piazzetti e Valentina Ermini.
L’imprenditrice aretina Sonia Dalla Ragione è la prima presidente del gruppo Terziario Donna Confcommercio delle province di Firenze e Arezzo. La sua elezione, avvenuta con un voto molto partecipato e un risultato straordinario (230 voti su 234 votanti), costituisce un ulteriore passo avanti nel processo di unificazione dell’associazione di categoria, già ratificato nel luglio 2022 con il deposito del nuovo statuto e la nomina di un unico presidente – il fiorentino Aldo Cursano – e di un medesimo assetto dirigenziale e tecnico sotto la guida del direttore generale Franco Marinoni. Sonia Dalla Ragione, titolare di un centro di estetica ad Arezzo e, insieme alle figlie, di un’azienda di e-commerce nel mondo del beauty, guiderà quindi per i prossimi cinque anni il gruppo di cui fanno parte le donne imprenditrici e professioniste del terziario aretino e fiorentino. Insieme a lei sono state elette nel consiglio direttivo anche Chiara Lazzarini, Elisa Marcheselli, Paola Butali, Elena Spanò, Patrizia Artese Branca, Tatiana Di Mambro, Sandra Contiero, Vania Zacchei, Francesca Saletti, Francesca Schirano, Lorella Brigliadori, Barbara Alderotti, Arianna Piazzetti e Valentina Ermini. In totale, 15 donne rappresentative di entrambi i territori e di vari settori, da salute&benessere alle agenzie immobiliari, dal commercio ai pubblici esercizi. Insieme, nel corso della prima riunione, provvederanno poi a nominare uno o più vicepresidenti che affiancheranno la presidente. Nata a Buenos Aires, sposata con due figlie, Sonia Dalla Ragione è molto attiva a livello sindacale: attualmente è coordinatrice regionale del Comitato per l’Imprenditoria Femminile per Unioncamere Toscana nonché presidente dello stesso comitato per la Camera di Commercio di Arezzo e Siena. In passato ha già guidato per un mandato il gruppo Terziario Donna per la Confcommercio aretina. “Voglio proseguire il mio impegno al servizio delle lavoratrici autonome, che ancora troppo spesso trovano lungo il loro cammino ostacoli che i colleghi uomini non hanno”, dichiara la neoeletta, “l’obiettivo è superare gli stereotipi di genere e introdurre misure di sostegno che favoriscano l’inclusione delle donne nell’imprenditoria. Un processo per cui è essenziale che le donne trovino maggiore consapevolezza delle proprie potenzialità”. Tra gli obiettivi di mandato: percorsi formativi per innalzare le competenze delle donne in campo manageriale e finanziario, poi iniziative per la spinta alla digitalizzazione e all’innovazione. “Se le donne non entrano a pieno titolo in questi processi, rischiano di venire tagliate fuori e di aumentare il gender gap anche in campo informatico. Faccio un esempio banale: se a formulare gli algoritmi dell’intelligenza artificiale sono solo uomini, le esigenze delle donne rischiano di essere trascurate e verrà meno l’inclusività”, chiarisce Sonia Dalla Ragione. Infine, la promozione della generatività d’impresa coinvolgendo le istituzioni, l’università e le imprese. “Un concetto nuovo e insieme antico, che vede l’impresa come un motore di cambiamento e di crescita per i territori non solo a livello economico, ma anche politico, sociale, ambientale”, spiega, “le donne hanno grande attenzione e sensibilità verso gli equilibri relazionali e sono vocate a favorire questo modello di sviluppo che mette al centro la persona e il dialogo con l’altro, con le città, con l’ambiente”.
