Dopo il convegno sulla videosorveglianza e privacy di Gennaio scorso proseguono i momenti formativi per la polizia locale a Città di Castello
In questa occasione il tema sono le modalità di rilievo dei sinistri stradali, di prerogativa ormai quasi esclusiva della polizia locale, le pronunce dei giudici sui casi di omicidio stradale portati alla loro attenzione. Esperti avvocati penalisti di Perugia invece forniranno utili suggerimenti per le attività di polizia giudiziaria alla luce della recentissima “riforma Cartabia”. La giunta comunale, l’assessore alla Polizia Locale, Rodolfo Braccalenti e il Comandante Emanuele Mattei, stanno investendo tantissimo sulla formazione sia interna che esterna, convinti dell’importanza della conoscenza delle norme e delle modalità operative in un ottica di continui confronto con le altre forze di polizia, magistratura e avvocati. Quindi un momento di formazione con taglio sopratutto operativo e aperto al dibattito su aspetti di attuale interesse per le forze di polizia. Il ruolo della Polizia Locale è sempre più attento alla integrazione con le altre forze di polizia e a contribuire al benessere della collettività in un ottica di sicurezza integrata e urbana. Quella in programma domani (ndr mercoledi 7 giugno) sarà una giornata di studio sull’omicidio stradale e risvolti della riforma Cartabia, rivolto ad operatori di Polizia Locale e altre F.F.O.O e avvocati. Il programma prevede, dopo il saluto del sindaco, Luca Secondi e dell’assessore, Rodolfo Braccalenti, interventi in materia di rilievo di incidenti stradali e comunicazione ai familiari, dell’omicidio stradale a distanza di circa 7 anni dalla sua entrata in vigore e sulla recente riforma “Cartabia”. Si alterneranno quali relatori ufficiali della Polizia Locale, psicologi e avvocati del foro di Perugia, coordinati dal Comandante della Polizia Locale di Città di Castello, Emanuele Mattei. La formazione, il confronto e lo scambio di esperienze è la base per migliorare la professionalità degli operatori e per creare “rete” non solo tra le forze di polizia ma anche con gli altri attori presenti sul territorio. Si prevede numerosa affluenza di operatori di polizia locale e avvocati, circa un centinaio di partecipanti, dall’Umbria, Marche, Toscana, Lazio.
