Sabato 17 Giugno alle ore 10,30, alla presenza del Sindaco Andrea Tavarnesi, del Presidente e del Direttore Generale di Arezzo Casa, Lorenzo Roggi e Fabrizio Raffaelli, verranno consegnati a famiglie inserite nella graduatoria di Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica del Comune di Civitella in Val di Chiana 4 alloggi localizzati a Ciggiano, in un’area dove è già presente un fabbricato ERP di 8 alloggi.
La progettazione architettonica e la direzione dei lavori sono state curate dall’Ufficio Tecnico di Arezzo Casa S.p.a. e in particolare dall’Arch. Daniela Frullano con la collaborazione del Geom. Mario Veltroni. Il progetto strutturale, con la relativa direzione dei lavori, è stato curato dall’Ing. Massimo Morandi, mentre l’Ing. Roberto Passerotti ha redatto il progetto relativo agli impianti meccanici ed elettrici e curato la relativa direzione dei lavori. I lavori sono stati eseguiti dall’Impresa La Due BC di Città di Castello, mentre l’Impresa Fabbrizzi Edilizia di Arezzo ha provveduto alle sistemazioni esterne. I 4 appartamenti sono uguali per tipologia e dimensione (pari a circa 70 mq).Come previsto dalla normativa vigente in merito all’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche, un appartamento è stato progettato con i requisiti dell’accessibilità.Ogni unità immobiliare è dotata di impianto di riscaldamento “a pavimento radiante” alimentato con caldaia centralizzata. In copertura sono installati pannelli solari per la produzione di acqua calda e pannelli fotovoltaici per la produzione di energia elettrica per l’utenza condominiale. Sempre nel Comune di Civitella, nel corso del 2023 verranno inoltre consegnati altri 9 alloggi di Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica, realizzati in loc. Tegoleto.
