Così la città di Sansepolcro torna a commemorare uno dei fatti più tragici che ha segnato la sua storia, per tenere vivo il ricordo di una costruzione simbolo tanto cara ai cittadini.L’Amministrazione comunale anche per il 79esimo anniversario dell’abbattimento tornerà a raccontare la storia della piazza e della sua torre. Come ogni 31 luglio da allora, alle 5 del mattino, grazie al Gruppo Campanari, le campane del duomo e della chiesa di San Francesco, suoneranno 79 rintocchi
Alle 11:45 si svolgerà un incontro commemorativo all’interno della Sala del Consiglio di Palazzo delle Laudi coordinato dal Presidente del Consiglio Antonello Antonelli. Alle 12 poi, come allora, suoneranno di nuovo le campane delle due chiese del centro storico.
