CITTA’ DI CASTELLO – Si prende atto della indisponibilità alla realizzazione della manifestazione ricordando comunque che, pur in assenza di un vigente protocollo d’intesa per l’anno 2023, la proposta offerta dall’amministrazione comunale avrebbe previsto, per il sostegno dell’iniziativa, le stesse disponibilità economiche concesse già negli anni precedenti.
Si rileva, inoltre, che la manifestazione ha visto, negli ultimi anni, come unico soggetto pubblico sostenitore, il Comune di Città di Castello. Nell’anno 2021, senza preavviso, l’edizione, non fu realizzata dagli stessi proponenti. Le rendicontazioni presentate, a corredo delle passate edizioni, si sono limitate ad una raccolta di articoli informativi e non ad una analisi dettagliata delle spese sostenute e finanziate con le risorse pubbliche assegnate. Si rimarca, ad oggi, la presa d’atto della difficoltà organizzativa della manifestazione senza darne un giudizio, rinviando a future valutazioni, se l’offerta formulata dal nostro comune potrà essere di interesse. Per il resto siamo a disposizione, come Amministrazione, a rendere spiegazioni pubbliche, anche con apposita conferenza stampa, per fornire ogni necessaria informazione che renda chiaro ogni aspetto della mancata realizzazione unitamente al sostegno offerto nelle edizioni precedenti. Si ricorda inoltre che i referenti della manifestazione sono stati sollecitati più volte al confronto e spesso sono stati assenti. La cattiva organizzazione è da addebitare unicamente agli organizzatori dato che le risorse concordate da questa amministrazione sono state riconosciute ufficialmente: lo testimonia il bilancio comunale approvato a maggio 2023. L’amministrazione comunale prende atto ora della impossibilità degli organizzatori a realizzare questa edizione. Siamo a disposizione per il futuro: se riterranno opportuno ospitarla nella nostra realtà alle condizioni economiche dei precedenti anni. Infine, preso atto della rinuncia degli organizzatori, definiremo un progetto alternativo per arricchire degnamente il week-end di ottobre che era stato loro riservato”. E’ quanto dichiarato dall’amministrazione comunale in riferimento alla manifestazione “Altrocioccolato” in risposta ad una nota diffusa dai responsabili dell’organizzazione.
