PARTNER ITALIANO DEL PROGETTO EUROPEO INTERNISA PER FAVORIRE L’OCCUPAZIONE DELLE DONNE La Provincia di Arezzo e la Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione, partecipano alla conferenza conclusiva del progetto INTERNISA, che si è svolta martedì 17 Ottobre 2023 a Salonicco in Grecia. Il progetto finanziato dall’UE, mira a sviluppare e innalzare le competenze digitali delle giovani donne, incrementando l’occupazione, e favorendo l’incontro fra domanda e offerta di lavoro.
Capofila del progetto è la Regione della Macedonia, Centrale in partenariato con otto partners provenienti da Italia, Giordania, Grecia, Libano, Palestina, Spagna e Tunisia. Partner per l’Italia è stata la Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione, punto di riferimento per l’innovazione e per il trasferimento tecnologico e partecipata integralmente dalla Provincia di Arezzo. Il Presidente della Provincia Alessandro Polcri ed il Presidente della Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione Marco Morbidelli, ritengono che è fondamentale lavorare in rete per non disperdere risorse, esperienze e competenze presenti in Europa, per lo sviluppo dei settori imprenditoriali strategici, sulla base dei fabbisogni rilevati periodicamente calibrati nei vari Paesi. Durante la conferenza, la Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione e la Provincia di Arezzo hanno presentato infatti i risultati raggiunti, delle buone pratiche per promuovere l’empowerment delle donne a livello locale. Relativamente al progetto INTERNISA, la Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione ha svolto molteplici azioni formative pilota nei settori agroalimentare, finanziario, tessile e turistico, rivolte alle donne, alle imprenditrici per innovare il loro business model, oltrechè a soggetti pubblici. Inoltre la Provincia di Arezzo, sostiene moltissimi progetti per la promozione della cultura delle Pari Opportunità, l’abbattimento degli stereotipi associati al genere, nonché al rispetto delle differenze di genere. Porta avanti azioni legate alla sensibilizzazione verso l’iscrizione alle facoltà STEM, la predisposizione dei piani annuali di programmazione della rete scolastica per offrire percorsi formativi adeguati, l’istituzione del tavolo tecnico, a seguito del patto locale per la formazione e lavoro a cui fanno parte gli attori del territorio con l’obiettivo di favorire l’occupazione calibrando l’offerta formativa in base alle esigenze del territorio.Infine attraverso la piattaforma on line : http://www.internisa.eu/ realizzata dalla Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione, è possibile ricercare offerte di lavoro, un network tra le aziende iscritte, accesso a contenuti formativi e buone pratiche a beneficio di candidati, aziende e pubblica.

When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment. There has to be a means you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!
