AREZZO – Inaugurati altri due tratti di ciclopedonale. I lavori finanziati con fondi PNRR Altri due tratti di pista ciclabile inaugurati oggi dall’assessore Alessandro Casi, entrambi a collegamento di percorsi già esistenti.
Il primo unisce il Palasport Estra “Mario D’Agata” al centro commerciale ex Ipercoop congiungendo un quartiere residenziale della città particolarmente popoloso come la zona di via Fiorentina – dove oltre il palazzetto, insistono varie scuole e l’area di Arezzo Fiere – con i centri commerciali presenti in viale Amendola. Il percorso dal parcheggio del palasport prosegue verso la passerella sul torrente Castro, costeggia il Teatro Tenda e prosegue nella viabilità interna al centro commerciale “Centro*Arezzo” fino all’imbocco del sottopasso che sbuca nel piazzale dell’OBI. Dal parcheggio dell’OBI, il secondo percorso ciclopedonale porta al centro commerciale “Al Magnifico” di via Setteponti e rappresenta il primo tratto di un importante maglia di ricucitura della rete ciclabile cittadina. Tale pista tra l’altro verrà collegata anche a via Bologna con un altro appalto PNRR: in questo modo dal centro città si potrà arrivare in bici nei due centri commerciali. Entrambi i lavori sono stati finanziati con fondi PNRR Missione 5 “Rigenerazione urbana” per un totale di oltre 320mila euro.
