Alla scuola di arti e mestieri G.O. Bufalini rivivono l’atmosfera e i sapori dei convivi dell’antica Roma in una serata promossa insieme al Liceo Plinio il Giovane con il progetto “Nunc est bibendum”L’atmosfera e i sapori dei convivi dell’antica Roma sono stati risvegliati, nel loro fascino, nella loro irripetibile ritualità e nel gusto che li caratterizzava, dalla serata vissuta nei giorni scorsi alla scuola di arti e mestieri G.O. Bufalini di Città di Castello, teatro di un progetto che ha unito lo storico centro di formazione tifernate al Liceo Plinio il Giovane, l’istituto di Città di Castello depositario per eccellenza della cultura classica che ha plasmato il mondo moderno.
Con “Nunc est bibendum” nella sala ristorazione della Bufalini è nata una cena che ha avuto per ingredienti principali condivisione, circolazione di conoscenze e competenze, frutto dell’incontro e della collaborazione tra i due istituti. Gli alunni delle classi IVAC, VAC, IBS del Liceo guidati dalla professoressa Silvia Ricciardi e delle sezioni cucina, trucco e acconciatura della Bufalini, coordinati dai docenti Andrea Cesari, Monica Rossi, Daniela Morganti ed Emanuele Mori, hanno collaborato per realizzare piatti ispirati alle antiche ricette di Marco Porcio Catone e Marco Gavio Apicio, ricreando un piacevole clima di convivialità con cui hanno accolto gli ospiti. Nello scenario di una immaginaria domus, gli studenti del Liceo, nelle vesti di servi e padroni pettinati e truccati dagli alunni della scuola Bufalini, hanno ricevuto e servito i commensali, coinvolgendoli in un’esperienza di sapori appositamente studiati e preparati dalla cucina dell’istituto. Ad allietare il tutto sono state musica, lettura e balli, che hanno segnato lo svolgersi dei vari momenti della cena. Un’esperienza nuova e coinvolgente per gli allievi coinvolti nel progetto, che ha dimostrato come il dialogo e la collaborazione fra scuole possano arricchire e integrare la conoscenza, rendendola piacevole e significativa.
