A preannunciarlo in consiglio comunale è stato l’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici Carletti, che ha anticipato anche le opere di miglioramento della viabilità previste lungo via Pieve delle Rose, rispondendo alla consigliera Arcaleni

Le opere saranno effettuate nell’arco dei mesi di luglio e agosto dalla ditta appaltatrice dell’installazione della linea per la connessione a banda larga e interesseranno oltre 20 tratti stradali, sui quali, nel rispetto di un’ordinanza della Polizia Locale in via di pubblicazione sulla base della comunicazione in merito effettuata dall’azienda, le opere previste si svolgeranno dalle ore 7.00 alle ore 18.00, con l’applicazione del senso unico alternato di marcia gestito da impianto semaforico o movieri. Le direttrici sui quali saranno effettuati i lavori sono via Pieve delle Rose; via delle Scienziate; via Maria Picchi; via Rosa Duranti; via Alfonsine; via Cristoforo Gherardi; via Guglielmo Baldeschi; viale Antonio Gramsci; via 4 Novembre; viale Vittorio Veneto; via Martiri della Libertà; via della Fornace; via Scipione Lapi; viale Vittorio Emanuele Orlando; via Giovanni Giolitti; via Ippolito Nievo; via Risorgimento; via dei Mille; via Giuseppe Cesare Erba; via XXII Luglio; via Brigata San Faustino; incrocio vocabolo Zoccolanti. A preannunciare l’intervento nell’ultima seduta del consiglio comunale era stato l’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici Riccardo Carletti, rispondendo a un’interrogazione della consigliera Emanuela Arcaleni (Castello Cambia), che aveva chiesto notizie sui modi e sui tempi dei lavori di ripristino successivi alla posa della fibra lungo via Pieve delle Rose e sulle intenzioni dell’amministrazione comunale circa il miglioramento della viabilità nel tratto compreso tra la rotatoria Rita Brunetti e vocabolo Graticole, in direzione di Titta-Badiali. “La ditta ha richiesto al comando della Polizia Locale un’ordinanza per la disciplina del traffico per programmare i lavori necessari, che interesseranno via Pieve delle Rose come altre strade della città, per cui l’intervento, seppur tardivo da parte del soggetto deputato, verrà effettuato”, aveva detto Carletti, segnalando “le difficoltà dell’amministrazione a controllare lavori come questo della posa della fibra ottica, che non gestiamo direttamente, ma di cui abbiamo unicamente comunicazioni circa lo svolgimento da parte delle imprese incaricate dai gestori”. “Queste ditte hanno l’obbligo del ripristino della situazione ex ante e ci siamo mossi affinché provvedessero”, ha spiegato Carletti, riferendo che “l’amministrazione comunale si è attivata attraverso la Polizia Locale, elevando diversi verbali di contestazione della violazione delle norme sulla sicurezza stradale, e direttamente tramite gli uffici tecnici, inviando una nota di diffida ad eseguire prima possibile gli interventi di messa in sicurezza di ripristino definitivo dello scavo, trasmettendo apposito cronoprogramma”. La consigliera Arcaleni aveva chiesto anche cosa si intendesse fare per migliorare la sicurezza complessiva della carreggiata di via Pieve delle Rose. “La strada è in condizioni pessime, perché è deteriorata, la linea di banchina manca completamente, l’asfalto laterale è mangiato, ci sono dei problemi anche relativi al fossato accanto, che spesso è teatro di incidenti”, aveva lamentato la rappresentante della minoranza. “Vorrei sapere – aveva detto Arcaleni – se il tratto segnalato è stato inserito nel programma di asfaltatura e risanamento della viabilità comunale, se è prevista un’opera di ristrutturazione della strada con sistemazione delle banchine e quali siano i tempi eventualmente previsti e programmati per tali lavori, che appaiono quanto mai urgenti e necessari”. Carletti aveva chiarito che “il tratto di via Pieve delle Rose in questione è stato inserito nell’elenco delle strade sulle quali verranno eseguiti interventi di manutenzione straordinaria nell’ambito dell’accordo quadro 2023-2026 per la manutenzione e il miglioramento degli itinerari comunali”. “L’intervento – aveva precisato l’assessore – prevede oltre al rifacimento del manto bituminoso e della segnaletica orizzontale, anche l’installazione di una barriera metallica guard-rail sulla banchina lungo il ciglio della scarpata del fosso demaniale che corre in parallelo alla carreggiata”. Carletti ha anche reso noto che “sono state programmate la ripulitura delle banchine laterali e la riprofilatura della cunetta stradale posta sul lato, a confine con i terreni agricoli, mentre si è già provveduto all’abbattimento di alcune piante ad alto fusto secche sull’argine del fosso demaniale che costeggia la strada”. “Con apposita nota abbiamo intimato i proprietari frontisti ad abbattere le piante ad alto fusto secche sull’argine del fosso demaniale”, ha aggiunto l’assessore. In sede di replica, la consigliera Arcaleni si è detta soddisfatta che l’interrogazione abbia propiziato i necessari interventi di sistemazione di via Pieve delle Rose e delle altre strade. “Sarebbe opportuno disporre di un tempistica più precisa per quanto riguarda i lavori di miglioramento della carreggiata di via Pieve delle Rose, che sono importanti, a cominciare dal guard-rail, di cui condivido l’installazione”, aveva concluso la rappresentante di Castello Cambia.
