Il 1° settembre 1963 il 21enne Giacomo Agostini, all’epoca un illustre sconosciuto, in sella alla Morini 175 Settebello ufficiale vinceva la sua ultima gara da juniores sul circuito cittadino di Morciano di Romagna, chiudendo trionfalmente un’annata in cui aveva conquistato sia il Campionato Juniores di velocità che quello della Montagna. Il debutto di Agostini era avvenuto il 18 luglio 1961 con una Morini 175 Settebello acquistata a rate alla gara in salita Trent-Bondone dove era arrivato secondo, su 43 partenti, dietro al dominatore della categoria Attilio Damiani. Il 27 maggio 1962, Agostini partecipava alla salita Bologna – San Luca con la sua “Settebello” di serie e vinse a tempo di record. Tra gli spettatori era presente Alfonso Morini che quella sera stessa gli offrì la Settebello ufficiale; in seguito al passaggio di Provini alla Benelli e alla promozione di Agostini tra i Seniores, Morini schierò il giovane bergamasco in sella alla 250 bialbero da Gran Prix. Da lì iniziò la luminosa carriera iridata del l’asso di Lovere.
