Ad assumere un ruolo centrale in questi corsi è l’infermiere di famiglia e di comunità che promuove anche l’educazione e l’informazione. Gli incontri mirano ad aumentare la fiducia nelle persone per mantenere la propria autonomia e la capacità di riconoscere i rischi legati alla malattia cronica e di gestirla in modo consapevole e informato.I corsi “Idea – La vostra salute ci sta a cuore” prevedono anche la partecipazione di altre figure professionali della salute (come, ad esempio, dietiste e fisioterapisti) che sostengono la filosofia dei corsi educativi informativi con consigli pratici orientati al miglioramento degli stili di vita, promuovendo la partecipazione attiva delle persone.Ogni corso prevede 2 incontri di gruppo (15-20 persone) di circa due ore (uno a settimana) ed è completamente gratuito.
