Un ponte digitale collega l’Italia alla Tunisia grazie a SHIFT, un innovativo progetto europeo che trasforma la formazione professionale nel paese nordafricano. Al centro di questa iniziativa opera OpenCom, centro di ricerca aretino specializzato in formazione e innovazione sociale, responsabile dello sviluppo tecnologico del progetto.
Finanziato dal programma Erasmus+, SHIFT (Shaping High-quality Inclusive TVET for Tunisia) crea nuove opportunità di formazione professionale, con particolare attenzione alle aree rurali e alle donne tunisine. “La vera innovazione nasce dalla combinazione tra tecnologia e inclusione sociale“, spiega Fabio Frangipani Direttore Generale di OpenCom. “La piattaforma di e-learning che abbiamo sviluppato permetterà di superare barriere geografiche e sociali che spesso impediscono l’accesso alla formazione tradizionale“.
Il progetto, coordinato dall’agenzia formativa spagnola Maude Studio, unisce partner strategici. Oltre ad OpenCom contribuiscono l’Agenzia Tunisina per la Formazione Professionale (ATFP), l’Agenzia Tunisina per l’Estensione e la Formazione Agricola (AVFA), l’istituto di formazione Elemtiez e l’organizzazione turca BOSEV, in una rete che abbraccia più sponde sponde del Mediterraneo.
Un momento chiave del progetto è previsto per maggio 2025, quando OpenCom terrà in Tunisia una sessione di formazione avanzata per i docenti locali. “È fondamentale che i nostri partner raggiungano piena autonomia nell’uso della piattaforma“, sottolinea Erina Guraziu Presidente di OpenCom e project manager di SHIFT “Questo consentirà loro di proseguire nella creazione di nuovi corsi e nella formazione degli studenti anche dopo la conclusione del progetto, per garantirne la sostenibilità nel tempo“.
SHIFT, che si concluderà a novembre 2025, rappresenta un tassello importante nel mosaico della cooperazione euro-mediterranea. In un momento storico in cui il Mediterraneo affronta sfide cruciali, progetti come questo mostrano come la formazione e la tecnologia possano diventare strumenti concreti per lo sviluppo socioeconomico e la riduzione dei divari territoriali. L’offerta di competenze professionali moderne e accessibili contribuisce alla creazione di opportunità di lavoro qualificato, particolarmente significative per le giovani generazioni tunisine.
L’iniziativa si inserisce in una visione più ampia di collaborazione tra Europa e Nord Africa, dove lo scambio di competenze e l’innovazione tecnologica diventano catalizzatori di uno sviluppo più equilibrato dell’area mediterranea. Un esempio concreto di come la cooperazione internazionale possa produrre benefici reali per le comunità locali e promuovere un dialogo costruttivo tra le due sponde del Mediterraneo.
