Da lunedì 1 agosto nuova sede per l’Ambulatorio prestazionale infermieristico e il Centro di Salute Mentale che si potenzia. Nasce l’ambulatorio delle patologie croniche
La Casa della Salute ‘della Rigossa’ e la sede della Medicina di Gruppo di via Pascoli, a Gambettola, sono in questi giorni al centro di alcune importanti novità organizzative finalizzate a qualificare l’offerta di servizi sanitari e socio-sanitari e a rafforzare l’integrazione tra i professionisti.
Nel dettaglio, venerdì 29 luglio l’Ambulatorio prestazionale infermieristico si trasferirà dalla Casa della Salute all’interno della sede della Medicina di Gruppo. Si tratta di una nuova e più funzionale collocazione tesa a favorire una maggior integrazione tra l’equipè infermieristica aziendale e i medici di medicina generale.Il servizio che fornisce prestazioni infermieristiche su richiesta dei medici di medicina generale ai cittadini dei Comuni di Gambettola, Gatteo, Longiano e Roncofreddo sarà operativo con gli stessi orari nella nuova sede di via Pascoli da lunedì 1 agosto.
Nella stessa sede della Medicina di Gruppo, è poi prevista nei prossimi mesi l’attivazione anche per la Casa della Salute di Gambettola del nuovo Ambulatorio per la gestione integrata territoriale della patologia cronica tra medici di medicina generale, infermieri e medici specialisti. Sarà finalizzato alla “presa in carico attiva” dei pazienti con malattie croniche.
Sempre venerdì 29 luglio anche il Centro di Salute Mentale attualmente ospitato nella sede della Medicina di Gruppo di via Pascoli cambierà sede. Dal 1 agosto il servizio presterà la sua attività all’interno della Casa della Salute e sarà potenziato prevedendo nella nuova sede anche la presenza dell’Assistente sociale fino ad ora accessibile ai cittadini solo a Savignano.
