Parliamo di 203 manoscritti, della raccolta di disegni di Teofilo Torri e di moltissimi periodici di interesse locale pubblicati dal 1860 in poi come La Nazione, L’Appennino, La Provincia di Arezzo, Giovinezza, L’Azione Democratica, Il Campaldino. Questo nuovo servizio della biblioteca, che prevede un’implementazione dei testi aretini nei prossimi anni, permetterà a tutti gli studiosi di consultarli online, anche ingrandendoli, senza dover richiedere l’originale e alla biblioteca di tutelarli evitando i passaggi di mano in mano.Nella stessa piattaforma si può anche prendere a prestito e-book, ascoltare musica, guardare film e video. L’intero servizio per i cittadini è gratuito, basta registrarsi presso una delle biblioteche della Rete documentaria aretina (www.arezzo.biblioteche.it) fornendo un documento e il codice fiscale.
