Medici per Ambiente: Si svolgerà nelle giornate 29, 30 e 31 maggio 2022 a Sansepolcro (AR): i cambiamenti climatici nell’attuale instabilità internazionale e il nuovo paradigma One Health ISDE è un’associazione italiana formata da medici in rapporto di collaborazione con l’OMS e con le principali istituzioni sanitarie nazionali, che si occupa di promuovere un concetto di salute inteso come benessere generale dell’uomo e dell’ambiente in cui vive (ONE-Health).
Dalla sua fondazione, promuove e organizza incontri ed eventi formativi per divulgare, sensibilizzare, informare i cittadini sulla tematica ambiente-salute e promuove studi e ricerche finalizzati ad aumentare le conoscenze sui rischi ambientali. Il Congresso Nazionale di ISDE Italia si terrà nell’Auditorium della Sede Direzionale di Aboca, a Sansepolcro in provincia di Arezzo. In questo luogo immerso nelle colline toscane, si lavora per ricercare nella natura le risposte ai bisogni delle persone, nel rispetto dell’organismo e dell’ambiente. Con un sistema integrato che va dalla coltivazione 100% biologica, alla ricerca scientifica fino alla produzione, in Aboca tutto è pensato per coniugare crescita economica, equità sociale e rispetto dell’ambiente, attenendosi pienamente alla filosofia One Health. L’evento è patrocinato dall’Ordine provinciale dei medici chirurghi e degli odontoiatri di Arezzo. “L’emergenza climatica è una sfida talmente grande per il sistema sanitario e per le società scientifiche e mediche, che non può prescindere dalla necessità di uno sforzo congiunto. L’instabilità internazionale che stiamo vivendo non può infatti essere affrontata senza un approccio One Health, basato sull’integrazione e sulla collaborazione di discipline diverse e professionisti diversi, al fine di tutelare la salute delle persone, dell’ambiente e degli animali.- dichiara Lorenzo Droandi (Presidente Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e Odontoiatri della provincia di Arezzo) – In base a questo tipo di approccio gli obiettivi di salute, sia di prevenzione che di gestione delle malattie, si possono conseguire solo coinvolgendo tutti i settori sociali, con la consapevolezza di agire utilizzando le evidenze scientifiche come unica guida e la salute e la sostenibilità come obiettivi interdipendenti.” L’interazione tra malattie, guerre, crisi climatica, pandemie, iniquità socioeconomiche e inquinamento ambientale richiede uno sforzo senza precedenti, sia per risolvere la crisi attuale che per prevenirne altre.Al congresso, per parlare di questo e molto altro, saranno presenti le principali società scientifiche, enti del terzo settore e Istituzioni che si occupano di ambiente e salute. Il giorno di apertura sarà il 29 maggio, con il Comitato direttivo e l’assemblea di ISDE Italia e la partecipazione sarà riservata agli iscritti dell’associazione. Lunedì 30 maggio ci sarà l’apertura del Congresso Scientifico, con i saluti Istituzionali da remoto di Roberto Speranza (Ministro della salute), da remoto di Filippo Anelli (Presidente FNOMCEO), Marco Martuzzi (Direttore del Dipartimento ambiente e Salute dell’Istituto Superiore di Sanità) e Lorenzo Droandi (Presidente Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e Odontoiatri della provincia di Arezzo).Durante questa giornata ci saranno tre sessioni di interventi: la prima sulla transizione ecologico-energetica che si svolgerà la mattina; la seconda del pomeriggio su PNRR e PNC e la terza, a chiusura della giornata, sarà dedicata alla presentazione delle attività di studio e di indagine di ISDE Italia. Il congresso si chiuderà martedì 31 maggio con la quarta sessione sulla prevenzione primaria ambientale delle malattie cronico-degenerative in un’ottica One Health, che vedrà la partecipazione dei rappresentanti delle società scientifiche di medicina generale, medicina interna, cardiologia, ginecologia, endocrinologia, neurologia, malattie infettive e oncologia. L’evento si svolgerà in modalità ibrida. Le giornate di lunedì 30 e martedì 31 maggio relative al Congresso Nazionale Scientifico saranno trasmesse anche in diretta sulla pagina Facebook dell’Associazione. Verranno inoltre trasmessi parallelamente due webinar sul canale Youtube di ISDE
