CITTA’ DI CASTELLO – Questa settimana alcuni professori ed educatori della Scuola Bufalini sono stati in Spagna, a Huelva presso Inercia Digital (Parco scientifico tecnologico di Huelva) insieme ai professionisti dell’Ass.ne di San Sepolcro Detto e Fatto, che si occupa di problematiche dell’età evolutiva.
Obiettivo di questa trasferta era la possibilità di partecipare ad un percorso formativo incentrato sulla metodologia della flipped classroom. Questa metodologia didattica si propone di rendere il tempo-scuola più produttivo e funzionale rispetto alle esigenze della società nell’era dell’informazione. I fautori di questo metodo ritengono che la rapida mutazione indotta dalla diffusione del web abbia prodotto un distacco sempre più marcato di gran parte del mondo scolastico dalle esigenze della società, dalle richieste del mondo delle imprese e dalle abilità e desideri degli studenti e delle loro famiglie.Il ruolo dell’insegnante ne risulta trasformato: il suo compito diventa quello di guidare l’allievo nell’elaborazione attiva e nello sviluppo di compiti complessi. La collaborazione tra la Scuola Bufalini e il Centro Specialistico Detto e Fatto è nata durante il 2020 con la didattica a distanza e la necessità di supportare docenti e studenti in questa fase delicata. La Scuola Bufalini si è iscritta in quel periodo al progetto nazionale “Dislessia amica” promosso da AID Italia (associazione Italiana Dislessia) che prevedeva la possibilità di formare i propri docenti ed educatori per promuovere un approccio sistemico integrato ai Disturbi Specifici dell’apprendimento (DSA) anche grazie a partnership. “Questo percorso ha permesso alla Scuola Bufalini e al Detto e Fatto non solo di entrare in contatto ma anche di proporre insieme un progetto europeo – dichiara il presidente Giovanni Granci – insieme ad altri partner provenienti da Spagna, Croazia, Slovenia e Romania denominato “Digital skills 4 All” di cui siamo capofila e che prevede uno scambio di buone prassi a livello europeo sull’applicazione di metodologie didattiche integrate con strumenti digitali che permettano di sorpassare la lezione frontale ed riuscire ad essere più efficaci nei percorsi formativi, perchè è importante la crescita dei nostri professori. Il prossimo step sarà studiare insieme ai partner provenienti da Spagna, Croazia, Slovenia e Romania quali sono le metodologie attive più efficaci nell’insegnamento delle materie scientifiche per i centri di formazione professionale”.
