Dall’11 giugno ripartono i tour tra i luoghi del borgo toscano, per vivere la comunità e immergersi nei suoi racconti, entrare nel cuore della storia, degli usi e costumi e delle tradizioni. Un modello di turismo responsabile, che mette al centro dell’esperienza la continua e sempre più intensa interazione tra viaggiatori, ospiti e cittadini.
Sansepolcro, 9 giugno 2022_Scopri Sansepolcro. Il Museo Diffuso: luoghi, persone e storie” è il progetto turistico del borgo toscano noto per le sue straordinarie meraviglie storiche, artistiche e culturali, che mette in contatto i visitatori e la comunità locale, lasciando che siano alcuni personaggi simbolo, o custodi del patrimonio, delle tradizioni o della memoria, a raccontare i segreti della città, gli aneddoti di chi ne ha vissuto il passato e ne vive il presente. Un nuovo modo di fare turismo responsabile, che affronta e supera il dibattito sull’impatto dei visitatori, sull’ambiente e sulle comunità ospitanti.
I tour ripartiranno sabato 11 giugno e si ripeteranno ogni sabato del mese, fino al 24 settembre. Il punto di ritrovo per la partenza è l’Ufficio Turistico Comprensoriale, nella storica Piazza Torre di Berta alle ore 15.30. Le guide condurranno i partecipanti, con visite in italiano e in inglese, tra le strade e i negozi del centro storico, alla scoperta del Museo Civico, che custodisce le opere di Piero della Francesca, e in due degli otto luoghi aderenti: le cittadine e i cittadini di Sansepolcro impegnati da anni nel prendersi cura di luoghi straordinari apriranno le porte dell’Archivio Diocesano, del Campanile del Duomo, della sede di CasermArcheologica, del Museo Biblioteca della Resistenza, dello Spazio del Merletto, dello Spazio della Vetrata antica e contemporanea, delle sedi dei Balestrieri e degli Sbandieratori. Il progetto, ideato in questa formula nel 2019 dall’Associazione CasermArcheologica, è realizzato in collaborazione con le altre Associazioni del territorio e con l’Ufficio Turistico, grazie al sostegno del Comune di Sansepolcro. Il Museo Diffuso si è dimostrato uno tra i più significativi esempi in Italia di turismo responsabile e per questo di recente ha ottenuto il patrocinio della Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza.
L’11 giugno, primo appuntamento, il tour prevede, dopo l’immancabile tappa al Museo Civico, la visita nei suggestivi spazi di Palazzo Muglioni, sede dell’Associazione CasermArcheolgica, che ospita le mostre “Buitoni, la città nella città” e “Bestiario Archeologico” di Antonio Massarutto, e alla Società dei Balestrieri. Il gruppo di visitatori che aprirà questa stagione del Museo Diffuso avrà anche l’occasione di seguire il Torneo Cittadino al Campo di Tiro della Balestra, una delle tradizioni più antiche e identitarie di Sansepolcro. “Coerentemente con la programmazione culturale del 2022, anche sul versante turistico mettiamo al centro il nostro Borgo e la sua comunità – commenta l’Assessore al Turismo del Comune di Sansepolcro, Francesca Mercati – dando seguito al progetto Museo Diffuso, che ha come protagoniste le Associazioni locali, in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Turistico Comprensoriale; i visitatori avranno l’opportunità di scoprire usanze, costumi e luoghi della città, attraverso i cittadini e le cittadine che se ne sono custodi, promuovendo le bellezze d’arte antica e contemporanea, oltre che le nostre tradizioni.”
