Mercoledì 15 giugno anche in provincia di Arezzo STOP AI BUONI PASTO PER 24 ORE I titolari di bar e ristoranti si mobilitano insieme ai colleghi di tutta Italia per la manifestazione di protesta contro le aziende emettitrici dei “ticket”: “per garantire il servizio bisogna renderlo economicamente sostenibile”
Mercoledì 15 giugno anche in provincia di Arezzo tutti i bar e i ristoranti faranno “sciopero dei buoni pasto”. Ovvero, per l’intera giornata nessun locale accetterà questa forma di pagamento. Un blocco necessario per far arrivare alle istituzioni l’appello, troppe volte ignorato, per una strutturale riforma di un sistema che non è più economicamente sostenibile, per via di commissioni arrivate ormai al 20%.La protesta, che vedrà mobilitati i pubblici esercizi aretini insieme a quelli di tutta Italia, è stata organizzata dalle federazioni del settore, ma coinvolgerà anche le imprese della distribuzione commerciale, dai piccoli esercizi di vicinato fino a supermercati e ipermercati della distribuzione organizzata.“Con questa giornata di sospensione del servizio vogliamo sensibilizzare i lavoratori e più in generale i consumatori sulle gravissime difficoltà che le imprese vivono quotidianamente a causa delle elevate commissioni che devono pagare sui buoni pasto – dichiara la vicedirettrice della Confcommercio aretina Catiuscia Fei. “Si tratta di una vera e propria tassa occulta che supera anche il 20% del valore del buono. Se va avanti così sempre meno aziende saranno disposte ad accettarli, anche perché già devono sopportare l’aumento spropositato dei costi energetici e delle materie prime, non possono farsi carico di oneri ulteriori. Insomma, il buono pasto rischia di diventare inutilizzabile. La questione non riguarda quindi solo le imprese ma riguarda anche e soprattutto i lavoratori che li ricevono come forma di pagamento e servizio sostitutivo di mensa”, spiega. “È loro, prima di altri, che il sistema prende in giro: con le aste al ribasso, infatti, si trovano in mano buoni di valore nominale assai inferiore a quello pattuito e scritto. Ci vuole un intervento deciso di Governo e istituzioni per mettere la parola fine ad un problema che dura da troppo tempo”.“Crediamo che il valore dei buoni pasto non debba essere ridotto”, aggiunge la direttrice di Confesercenti Valeria Alvisi. “Una tassa occulta di oltre il 20% è quello che ogni attività si trova a pagare ricevendolo. Con la protesta di mercoledì 15 giugno le imprese aderenti non accetteranno i ticket per testimoniare la loro contrarietà chiedendo di eliminare le gravose commissioni pagate dagli esercizi presso i quali i buoni pasto vengono utilizzati. Vogliamo che sia assicurato il valore nominale del ticket. Serve un intervento risolutivo affinché un buono pasto da 8 euro valga 8 euro anche per l’esercente e non sia ridotto da commissioni eccessive. Inoltre, serve definire tempi certi di rimborso da parte delle società emettitrici”.Per avvertire i clienti e condividere le ragioni della mobilitazione, già in questi giorni baristi, ristoratori e alimentaristi stanno affiggendo l’apposita locandina. “Gentile Cliente, conosci il nostro impegno per darti un servizio semplice, comodo e veloce. Per questo abbiamo sempre accettato i pagamenti con i buoni pasto. Oggi – si spiega nel manifesto – non lo facciamo, per queste ragioni: 1) le commissioni a carico di noi esercenti sono insostenibili. Per ogni buono da 8,00€ ne incassiamo poco più di 6,00€; 2) vogliamo difendere questo importante strumento per i lavoratori e renderlo sostenibile. Chiediamo una riforma del sistema dei buoni pasto che ci consenta di continuare a offrirti questo servizio”.i documenti allegati:
