Temiamo che quello che era già nell’aria da tempo sia una tragica realtà. Dove la tragedia si riversa sulle politiche di prevenzione e di emergenza delle nostre istituzioni.I nuovi contagi sembrano che siano fuori controllo. A parte i casi gravi, per i quali si stanno anche riaprendo gli speciali reparti ospedalieri a cui i malati non possono non farvi riferimento
Beccarsi il covid è facilissimo vista la bassa prevenzione individuale e il diffuso esercizio individuale di una sorta di “liberi tutti”. Ovunque si trovano folle di persone dove quelli con mascherina sono pochissimi.
E’ ovvio (ma non per le istituzioni sanitarie) che una persona vada a sottoporsi alla “tortura” della registrazione ufficiale solo quando è certo di avere il virus dopo la positività del “fai da te”. “Tortura” che diventa difficile perché sono sempre meno le strutture per farlo, prese d’assalto dai più tenaci,con appuntamenti anche per diversi giorni dopo, e con la raccomandazione di recarvisi solo se si è asintomatici (ma chi ci va in questi casi?…)…. Indicazione che viene data con “nonchalance” anche da medici pubblici a cui ci si rivolge, fino a quelli che, preso atto del tracciamento saltato, consigliano all’infettato di decidere da sé se “tenersi il segreto” o “contribuire alle statistiche nazionali”. Omettendo che non risultando l’infezione nella propria cartella clinica, si compromettono le informazioni anche per la salute del singolo (indicazioni per la quarta dose se dovesse diventare più necessaria, valutazione di altre patologie anche in considerazione dell’infezione che si è beccata, etc)… svalutando di fatto il valore intrinseco dell’esistenza stessa della cartella clinica. Consapevoli di questo, è bene che ognuno sappia che, quando legge che in Italia ci sono 80mila infezioni, queste ultime come minino sono più del triplo e – di conseguenza e a priori – la trasmissione dell’infezione è maggiore ovunque. Che fare? Oltre che ognuno ne faccia tesoro, aspettiamo che ne facciano altrettanto tesoro le istituzioni e provvedano subito con, per esempio, apertura di presidi per tamponi ovunque, dove le persone vi si possano recare facilmente. Il tutto con il riavvio di una intensa pubblicità, anche di responsabilizzazione dei singoli. Non è difficile…. Non siamo ancora nella fase di non-ritorno, ma se non si fa nulla ci siamo vicini. Saremmo in notevole imbarazzo se domani ci dovessimo trovare a lodare i metodi cinesi di prevenzione…
