AREZZO – Le temperature elevate portano spesso al rischio di colpo di calore, comportando enormi disagi per chi tutti i giorni deve lavorare all’aperto e in condizioni delicate. Come ad esempio chi lavora sopra un tetto, un ponteggio o sull’asfalto per la stesura del manto stradale. La Filca Cisl di Arezzo lancia l’allarme e chiede l’uso della cassa integrazione per Eventi Meteo
Tutti coloro che lavorano nel comparto edile e nel settore delle costruzioni in questa fase di caldo torrido e anomalo rischiano tutti i giorni possibili infortuni o malattie dovute all’eccessivo calore a cui sono sottoposti durante la giornata lavorativa.
La Filca Cisl di Arezzo lancia l’allarme. Con i dati nazionali alla mano, che di riflesso sono compatibili anche con quelli del territorio aretino, si attesta in queste settimane l’aumento di circa il 20% degli infortuni sul lavoro, di questi circa il 10% sono infortuni mortali. Dati che fanno riflettere e fanno porre l’attenzione sulla vita delle persone, prima di ogni logica di profitto.
“Con le temperature di questi giorni che hanno sfiorato i 40 gradi, non è possibile vedere lavoratori sopra i tetti nelle ore più calde della giornata o lavoratori intenti ad asfaltare le strade – afferma la Filca Cisl di Arezzo. Il nostro appello va soprattutto alle imprese edili, affinché mettano in campo tutto quanto previsto dalle norme di sicurezza al fine di prevenire possibili infortuni dovuti allo stress termico.
La Filca Cisl di Arezzo invoca la possibilità di ricorre alla Cassa Integrazione per eventi meteo, così come previsto dalle Circolari dell’Inps e dell’Inail.
Inps e Inail hanno pubblicato le linee guida per prevenire le patologie da stress termico e hanno diffuso un decalogo destinato a imprese e lavoratori su come difendersi dai fenomeni climatici estremi. “Le imprese — si legge nella nota dei due enti — potranno chiedere all’Inps il riconoscimento della Cassa Integrazione quando il termometro supera i 35 gradi. Ai fini dell’integrazione salariale, però, possono essere considerate idonee anche le temperature “percepite”». Così come viene attivata la cassa integrazione nel periodo invernale, in presenza di temperature particolarmente rigide, si chiede che venga attivata anche nel periodo estivo, laddove le temperature superino i 35 gradi centigradi. L’Inps spiega anche che l’azienda, nella domanda di Cigo e nella relazione tecnica, deve semplicemente indicare le giornate di sospensione o riduzione dell’attività lavorativa.
“Abbiamo constatato positivamente che alcune aziende del territorio hanno già provveduto in questi giorni ad effettuare l’orario unico dalle 06.00 alle 13.00 – spiega la Filca Cisl di Arezzo. All’interno delle città o vicino alle abitazione, dove non è possibile cambiare orario, chiediamo l’ausilio di questo importante strumento a salvaguardia della sicurezza e dell’integrità fisica dei lavoratori.”
