MONTEPULCIANO – La sfida tra le nuove generazioni di sbandieratori e tamburini del Bravìo delle Botti di Montepulciano ha visto trionfare Le Coste nella categoria junior e Voltaia nei senior. Premi anche alle coppie di Gracciano, Poggiolo e Talosa.
Montepulciano – Grande partecipazione in Piazza Grande per il ritorno della gara “Piccoli Sbandieratori e Tamburini del Bravìo delle Botti”, organizzata dalla Contrada di San Donato. Nonostante la minaccia di maltempo, la manifestazione si è svolta come previsto e ha visto la partecipazione di oltre cento bambini, che costituiscono le nuove generazioni di contradaioli. Un grande entusiasmo ha accompagnato le esibizioni in piazza, di fronte a tante persone di Montepulciano e non solo, per la nuova edizione di una gara che era stata bloccata da due anni di pandemia.
La manifestazione, giunta alla 38° edizione, ha visto sfidarsi tanti bambini e ragazzi di età compresa tra 6 e 10 anni (per la categoria junior) e di età compresa tra 11 e 14 anni (per la categoria senior), divisi nei rispettivi gruppi per ciascuna contrada. Nella categoria junior, la vittoria per i migliori sbandieratori è andata a Voltaia (Andrea De Micco, Filippo Turchi e Pietro Gonzi), mentre per i migliori tamburini a Gracciano (Erika Santullo, Anna De Rosa, Michele Aiello). Nella categoria senior, la vittoria per i migliori sbandieratori è andata a Poggiolo (Giulio Rossi, Elia Del Ciondolo, Alessandro Massoni), mentre per i migliori tamburini a Talosa (Matteo Cencetti, Diletta Chierchini, Maria Gambacciani, Melissa Grappi, Matilde Masi, Giulia Pagliai, Cydney Ranido, Emma Toppi).
Per quanto riguarda gli ambiti premi delle migliori esibizioni, che comprendono i gruppi di sbandieratori e tamburini, la vittoria nella categoria junior è andata alla contrada Le Coste (Giulio Mazzi, Maxim Rosignoli, Matvej Santini, Alessandro Giorgio, Kristian Romagnoli), con Gracciano e Voltaia a seguire nel podio. Per la categoria senior la vittoria è invece andata alla contrada Voltaia (Sofia Rubegni, Matilde Rubegni, Alice Duchini, Giulia Cardia), con a seguire Talosa e Collazzi.
A questo punto, tutto è pronto per il ritorno del Bravìo delle Botti: dopo la serata di “Calici di Stelle” di mercoledì 10 agosto, in cui le contrade apriranno le proprie cucine al pubblico per offrire i piatti della tradizione tipica, la settimana degli eventi della manifestazione poliziana comincerà il 19 agosto con “Cantine in Piazza”, con tanti appuntamenti che culmineranno domenica 28 agosto con la sfida tra gli spingitori delle otto contrade poliziane.
