“I titolari di prestazioni assistenziali per continuare a fruire delle prestazioni, sono tenuti a trasmettere annualmente all’Inps una o più dichiarazioni riguardanti alcune circostanze rilevanti per la conservazione del diritto”. Così recita una lettera dell’Inps che in questi giorni sta giungendo a casa di alcuni assistiti.
E si specifica che bisognerà rivolgersi ad un Caf, o ad un professionista abilitato, o rivolgersi ad un Contact center integrato (Inps) (1) o fare da sé sul web dell’ente (con spid o cns o cie). L’Inps ricorda che eventuali intermediari dovranno svolgere il servizio gratuitamente… ma forse il nostro ente dimentica che sia caf che privati (tessere o altro), non sono mai gratuiti. Inoltre, trattandosi spesso di prestazioni per soggetti anziani, sempre l’Inps sembra ignorare che spid, cns o cie sono parolacce per queste persone (anche se è giusto che ricordi questa possibilità). Nel caso che ci è stato segnalato siamo in presenza di burocrazia stupida e offensiva, che umilia civicamente chi deve ottemperare, facendogli spendere tempo e soldi inutili. La nostra vittima deve fare una dichiarazione relativa alla propria residenza anagrafica effettiva in Italia. Sì, è proprio questo, letta e riletta la comunicazione, vogliono proprio questo.
Pensiamo all’Inps che ha poteri di consultare i nostri conti bancari e, ovviamente tutti i dati delle anagrafi comunali… ma, no, in questo caso occorre che questa persona dichiari quello che risulta all’anagrafe (2).
Ma non si vergognano a chiedere queste cose? Chi ci libererà di questi trogloditi della pubblica amministrazione avrà sempre la stima degli utenti dei servizi.
