Al San Donato il 17 settembre, si affronta il tema della sicurezza nel processo terapeutico. Un momento di confronto tra tutti gli attori coinvolti. Ricorre sabato 17 settembre la “Giornata Mondiale della sicurezza del paziente”, istituita nel 2019 dall’Assemblea Mondiale della Salute dell’Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite.
L’obiettivo è promuovere, come priorità, cure sicure e appropriate al cittadino e l’adozione di tutti quei provvedimenti che aiutino a ridurre gli eventi critici nei percorsi clinico- diagnostici e terapeutici legati all’utilizzo del farmaco.
Lo slogan dell’edizione 2022, “Medication Without Harm”, punta a focalizzare l’attenzione sul rendere il processo di gestione,prescrizione, somministrazione e assunzione dei farmaci più sicuro con il coinvolgimento di tutte le parti interessate, in primis i cittadini. In quest’ottica di sensibilizzazione verso la cultura della sicurezza si terrà un incontro sabato 17 settembre all’auditorium dell’Ospedale San Donato di Arezzo dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 coinvolgendo tutti gli attori del processo: medico-infermiere-farmacista e assistito/cittadino. L’evento è aperto a tutti gli operatori sanitari in particolare ai facilitatori del rischio clinico e ai cittadini. L’iniziativa è coordinata dall’Area Dipartimentale Qualità e Sicurezza delle Cure della Usl Toscana sud est
