ELETTORI CON PROBLEMI DI DEAMBULAZIONE
Sono istituiti appositi seggi per elettori con problemi di deambulazione nei seguenti luoghi:
- Scuola Elementare Collodi in Largo Mons. Di Liegro: seggi 2-6-10-16-17
- Scuola Elementare De Amicis in Piazza Santa Chiara: seggio 3-7-8
- Scuola Media Buonarroti in Via del Campo Sportivo: seggi 1-4-5-9-11-13-15
In tali luoghi possono votare anche coloro che non siano elettori della sezione purché in possesso di certificato medico rilasciato dalla USL.
SERVIZIO TRASPORTO CON MEZZI SPECIALI PORTATORI HANDICAP
Domenica 25 settembre, dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 12:00, sarà disponibile il servizio di trasporto con mezzi speciali per portatori di handicap.
Chi avesse necessità di tale servizio dovrà contattare l’Ufficio Elettorale ai numeri di telefono di seguito indicati: 0575 732210 – 0575 732229 – 0575 732230.
ELETTORI POSITIVI A COVID-19
Gli elettori sottoposti a trattamento domiciliare o in condizioni di quarantena o di isolamento fiduciario per Covid-19 sono ammessi ad esprimere il voto presso il proprio domicilio.
L’elettore interessato deve far pervenire al Comune i seguenti documenti:
- dichiarazione in cui il richiedente attesta la volontà di esprimere il voto presso il proprio domicilio, indicando l’indirizzo completo del domicilio stesso;
- certificato rilasciato dal funzionario medico dell’azienda sanitaria locale in data non anteriore al quattordicesimo giorno antecedente la consultazione che attesti l’esistenza delle condizioni di trattamento domiciliare o in condizioni di quarantena o di isolamento fiduciario per Covid-19.
La documentazione deve essere presentata all’Ufficio Elettorale del Comune in Piazza Gramsci n. 7 oppure inviata alla pec del Comune: comunesansepolcro@postacert.toscana.it
