Nell’ambito delle iniziative organizzate dalla Rete Regionale Toscana dei Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza, l’Area Prevenzione Igiene Sicurezza nei Luoghi di Lavoro dell’Azienda USL sud est, organizza un Seminario sulle modifiche al Decreto Legislativo 81/08 introdotte dalla Legge 215/2021″ che si terrà domani 7 ottobre presso l’Auditorium Pieraccini dell’Ospedale San Donato di Arezzo. L’incontro è rivolto in particolare ai Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza (RLS), a tutte le figure della rete di prevenzione aziendale e alle parti sociali. Scopo dell’iniziativa: presentare e discutere, con tutte le parti interessate, le misure per il miglioramento continuo delle condizioni di lavoro. L’introduzione sarà a cura del Direttore Generale della USL Toscana sud est, dr. Antonio D’Urso e al Direttore del Dipartimento di Prevenzione dr. Giorgio Briganti. Sono previsti interventi e testimonianze di Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza di vari comparti produttivi e del direttore Direttore INAIL di Arezzo, dr.ssa Barbara Bonvini. Seguirà un dibattito moderato dall’ ing. Domenico Viggiano Direttore Area Dipartimentale
Prevenzione, Igiene e Sicurezza nei Luoghi di Lavoro a cui parteciperanno Associazioni Datoriali, Associazioni Sindacali, Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro. “L’attenzione sul rispetto delle norme in materia di Prevenzione e Sicurezza sul lavoro- Commenta l’ing.Viggiano- non può e non deve essere abbassata, solo una corretta valutazione dei rischi, associata alla individuazione, realizzazione e verifica delle misure di prevenzione nel posto di lavoro, nonché una efficace formazione dei lavoratori, può portare ad una vera riduzione degli infortuni e delle malattie professionali”
