Si è svolta domenica 30 ottobre scorso l’iniziativa di Fare Verde Etruria, dell’associazione On The Move e del Gruppo Trekking Camucia per la piantumazione di 50 alberi presso la montagna cortonese dal titolo “Pianta un albero in vetta”.
Iniziativa patrocinata dal Comune di Cortona e dalla Provincia di Arezzo e che ha registrato la presenza rispettivamente del Sindaco di Cortona Luciano Meoni e del Presidente del Consiglio comunale di Cortona e Vicepresidente della Provincia di Arezzo Nicola Carini. Tanta la partecipazione e l’entusiasmo dei volontari e delle numerose persone intervenute nella montagna Cortonese, un ottimo connubio che ha permesso di immergersi per una mattina in mezzo alla natura, in una zona particolarmente bella e suggestiva a livello paesaggistico e naturale come il Parco forestale della Cerventosa, contribuendo alla salvaguardia e al miglioramento della foresta, grazie alla piantumazione di 50 alberi donati dalla coppia di sposi Ires e Ben. Come gruppo Fare Verde Etruria vogliamo ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno collaborato e contribuito a questa bella iniziativa, che getta le basi per un sempre crescente impegno nella tutela e nella valorizzazione dei paesaggi e della natura che ci circonda.
