Le falsità della Presidente Chiassai sulle comunità energetiche e l’effettivo ruolo che potrebbe avere in quanto esponente della destra Nei giorni passati abbiamo assistito su iniziativa della presidente Silvia Chiassai Martini alla presentazione della fantomatica ” comunità energetica provinciale”.
Abbiamo così scoperto di avere una presidente con potere legislativo. Si annuncia e si parla di CER provinciale al momento neanche normata nazionalmente , inesistente, che la presidente Chiassai intende costituire applicando, presumiamo, unilateralmente leggi e norme autoproclamate andando ben oltre l’autonomia differenziata , non sappiamo se ridere o piangere. La presidente sceriffo di Nottingham che mette il balzello sulle comunità energetiche dietro la scoperta del diritto di superficie e stabilendo una quota per il gestore che se fosse pubblico sarebbe grave solo aver pensato di aggravare di costi quello che oggi rappresenta una comunità energetica e cioè un valido strumento di difesa per i cittadini contro la speculazione ed il caro energia. Ancor più grave sarebbe se il gestore, tanto per cambiare, fosse privato. Un’interpretazione della Comunità Energetica che si ripercuote a livello attuativo in una completa snaturizzazione dello spirito e dell’indirizzo che la legge nazionale indica, la “inesistente” Comunità Energetica provinciale diventa strumento di profitto effettuando una mera sostituzione dell’attuale condizione. Anche dal punto di vista tecnico si sbagliano definizioni, non si comprende come possa essere una CER unica con l’impedimento, che la Presidente Chiassai conosce bene, di stare all’interno delle cabine di bassa tensione, semmai dovremo parlare di distretto di Comunità Energetiche. Concludendo molti dubbi e una certezza, la presidente Chiassai intende trasformare uno strumento di difesa a disposizione dei cittadini in uno strumento speculativo. Le facciamo una proposta presidente Silvia Chiassai Martini : si adoperi affinché al più presto possibile vengano legiferati i decreti attuativi e le linee guida per le Comunità Energetiche, senza le quali , lei stessa sa bene, non si possono costituire le comunità energetiche. Questo sì che sarebbe un’importante aiuto alla diffusione delle Comunità Energetiche e alla difesa delle tasche dei cittadini.
