Un appuntamento atteso da tantissimi e che, come sempre, sarà a misura di tutti, dai più piccoli ai più grandi, con musica e intrattenimento e la serenità che tutti ci auguriamo. L’avviso pubblico è uscito oggi, ora aspettiamo i progetti che renderanno questa serata speciale”.
L’assessore Federico Scapecchi annuncia così la pubblicazione del bando per l’affidamento dell’organizzazione della festa di fine anno, che la giunta ha deliberato di tornare ad organizzare dopo due anni di emergenza sanitaria nella location di Piazza Sant’Agostino.
Ammonta a 45mila euro il contributo destinato all’evento, il cui progetto potrà essere presentato esclusivamente dalle associazioni con competenze ed esperienze nell’organizzazione di eventi musicali. Obbligatoria la sede legale nel Comune di Arezzo e l’iscrizione nei registri istituiti a norma di legge o nell’elenco comunale delle libere forme associative.
Ogni associazione può partecipare alla procedura presentando un solo progetto in qualità di capofila, mentre potrà partecipare a più progetti in qualità di sostenitore, allegando apposita dichiarazione di sostegno; nel caso di presentazione di più domande da parte dello stesso soggetto, verrà analizzata l’ultima inviata in ordine di tempo. La scadenza per la presentazione dei progetti è fissata per le ore 13.00 di lunedì 5 dicembre 2022. La documentazione dovrà essere inoltrata a mezzo PEC all’indirizzo comune.arezzo@postacert.toscana.it e indirizzata a: Ufficio sport, giovani e terzo settore, indicando obbligatoriamente nell’oggetto, pena esclusione dalla procedura, la dicitura: AVVISO FESTA DI FINE ANNO 2022

Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
