CITTA’ DI CASTELLO – Con ordinanza di lunedi 5 dicembre 2022, il sindaco, Luca Secondi ha disposto la proclamazione del lutto cittadino per oggi, giorno nel quale si svolgeranno i funerali di Nico Dolfi. Nell’ordinanza si fa presente dell’esposizione a mezz’asta della bandiera comunale, posta nel Palazzo del Comune, in segno di lutto. La sospensione di tutte le manifestazioni pubbliche organizzate dall’Amministrazione per la giornata odierna.
Ai titolari di attività commerciali ed ai pubblici esercenti di evitare, con cortese sollecitudine, di porre in essere comportamenti che contrastino con lo spirito del lutto cittadino. L’abbassamento delle serrande dalle ore 15:00 e fino alla conclusione della cerimonia funebre per i titolari di attività commerciali e per i pubblici esercizi, pur senza obbligo di sospensione dell’attività commerciale. Sono vietate le attività ludiche e ricreative e tutti i comportamenti e le iniziative che contrastino con il carattere luttuoso della cerimonia e con il decoro urbano. Il sindaco inoltre invita I cittadini, le istituzioni pubbliche, le organizzazioni politiche, sociali, culturali, sportive, produttive ed i titolari di attività private di ogni genere ad esprimere, in forma autonoma, la loro partecipazione al lutto cittadino mediante sospensione delle attività, in segno di raccoglimento e rispetto e, in particolare, i titolari di attività commerciali ad abbassare le saracinesche in segno di lutto durante la celebrazione dei funerali che avranno luogo nella Chiesa di Riosecco il giorno lunedì 05 dicembre 2022 alle ore 15:00 fino alla conclusione della cerimonia funebre”. Nelle premesse dell’ordinanza si fa riferimento al tragico incidente di sabato scorso dove hanno perso la vita “quattro ragazzi di cui tre nostri concittadini”: NICO DOLFI, GABRIELE MARGHI e NATASHA BALDACCI. “ritenuto di interpretare il sentimento dell’intera comunità tifernate, profondamente colpita da questa drammatica notizia, che ha manifestato unanime desiderio di partecipazione al dolore che ha colpito i familiari degli scomparsi, valori alla base delle regole di vita in una comunità unita e coesa; Intendendo manifestare in modo tangibile e solenne il dolore ed il cordoglio del Comune di Città di Castello per questa grave tragedia che ha colpito tutta la cittadinanza; Per tutte queste ragione si ritiene doveroso proclamare il lutto cittadino in segno di partecipazione e vicinanza”, conclude il dispositivo a firma del sindaco Luca Secondi. Il sindaco ricorda inoltre “che verrà proclamato il lutto cittadino anche in occasione dei funerali degli altri due ragazzi tifernati deceduti, Gabriele Marghi e Natasha Baldacci appena saranno ufficializzati”, rinnovando i sentimenti di cordoglio, vicinanza e solidarietà alle famiglie colpite dalla tragedia compresa la famiglia di Luana Ballini, al sindaco di Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, Letizia Michelini e a tutta la comunità montesca”.
