Indicatore. Il Comune di Arezzo – continua Manneschi – interviene con l’importo di euro 1,9 milioni, indispensabili per finanziare le quote di costo e di Iva che non sono coperte dal contributo del superbonus, permettendo così la realizzazione degli interventi. Tale importo a carico del Comune dimostra l’attenzione dell’Amministrazione Ghinelli al problema casa ed in particolare a garantire standard abitativi adeguati a chi abita nelle case ERP che sempre di più rappresentano una risposta importante, se non indispensabile, alle esigenze abitative del nostro territorio. L’Ente gestore Arezzo Casa procederà ora a bandire le gare di appalto integrato per l’esecuzione degli interventi di riqualificazione, con l’auspicio di una pronta partecipazione degli operatori economici interessati e una rapida realizzazione degli interventi”, conclude l’assessore Monica Manneschi.
