Firmato ieri il protocollo tra Comune di Arezzo e Arezzo Casa spa per la realizzazione e gestione degli interventi ammessi al credito d’imposta “superbonus 110%”. L’assessore Monica Manneschi esprime grande soddisfazione:
“A conclusione di un percorso amministrativo, da me fortemente voluto, che ha portato alla decisione del Comune di Arezzo di impiegare risorse finanziarie per la manutenzione straordinaria e l’efficientamento energetico del proprio patrimonio immobiliare destinato alla edilizia residenziale pubblica, è stato sottoscritto il protocollo con Arezzo Casa – spiega l’assessore. – Tale accordo collaborativo prevede interventi per circa 12,3 milioni di euro; un investimento significativo che consente un importante ammodernamento e restyling dei complessi immobiliari oggetto degli interventi: Via Ristoro, Via degli Accolti, Via Darwin, Loc. Indicatore. Il Comune di Arezzo – continua Manneschi – interviene con l’importo di euro 1,9 milioni, indispensabili per finanziare le quote di costo e di Iva che non sono coperte dal contributo del superbonus, permettendo così la realizzazione degli interventi. Tale importo a carico del Comune dimostra l’attenzione dell’Amministrazione Ghinelli al problema casa ed in particolare a garantire standard abitativi adeguati a chi abita nelle case ERP che sempre di più rappresentano una risposta importante, se non indispensabile, alle esigenze abitative del nostro territorio. L’Ente gestore Arezzo Casa procederà ora a bandire le gare di appalto integrato per l’esecuzione degli interventi di riqualificazione, con l’auspicio di una pronta partecipazione degli operatori economici interessati e una rapida realizzazione degli interventi”, conclude l’assessore Monica Manneschi.
