“Premesso che con Determinazioni dirigenziali n. 1490 e n.1558 rispettivamente del 13 e 20 dicembre 2022 sono state acquistate nuove dotazioni per la Polizia Municipale; che detti acquisti riguardano 2 kit di test antidroga da 25 pezzi ciascuno e due giubbotti antiproiettile per importi rispettivamente di 976 e 1588,60 euro; che i fondi sopraesposti provengono da un finanziamento ministeriale finalizzato alla prevenzione della vendita e della cessione di sostanze stupefacenti che ha assegnato al Comune di Città di Castello la cifra complessiva di 6533,33 euro per ciascuna annualità 2020 , 2021 e 2022; che i fondi in questione fanno parte per 1498 euro di fondi accantonati dagli esercizi precedenti; che è evidentemente fondamentale impegnare quanto prima i fondi disponibili per una corretta programmazione delle politiche di sicurezza del nostro Comune”. Per queste motivazioni Lignani Marchesani, interroga la giunta, “sulle motivazioni che hanno determinato un evidente ritardo nell’impiego di detti fondi”; sulla necessità di aggiornare le politiche di sicurezza con una celere programmazione e impiego dei fondi a disposizione; sull’acquisto di giubbotti antiproiettile che evidenzia una programmazione legata ad una contingenza emergenziale che impone una riflessione sull’armamento della Polizia Municipale; sull’opportunità di una celere audizione da parte della Commissione competente del nuovo Comandante della Polizia Municipale sugli argomenti sopra esposti”
