L’atto riveste un particolare significato, se si considera il fatto che la società Arezzo-Casa attraversa una fase di grave difficoltà derivante dalla crisi economica di questi ultimi anni e attende risorse, dal Governo e/o dalla Regione, che possano consentirle di affrontare i notevoli costi di manutenzione del patrimonio edilizio popolare. Nonostante ciò, sfruttando il cosiddetto “Superbonus del 110%” che la legge prevede anche a favore degli enti gestori del patrimonio edilizio popolare, Arezzo-Casa sosterrà un investimento finanziario che supera i cinquecentomila euro, per la ristrutturazione e l’efficientamento energetico della palazzina di Via Boccaccio 175, che comprende sei appartamenti.La convenzione consentirà di procedere alla progettazione necessaria per appaltare i lavori al più presto: il tempo sarà decisivo, dato che la legge stabilisce termini strettissimi. L’Amministrazione comunale di Sansepolcro ha collaborato rispettando tutte le scadenze previste e si è impegnata finanziariamente per una parte della spesa non detraibile con il “Bonus” (poco più di un sesto dell’importo complessivo). L’importante impegno evidenzia, al di là del positivo esito dell’iniziativa, la volontà dell’amministrazione comunale di Sansepolcro di conservare per quanto è nelle use possibilità il prezioso patrimonio, economico e sociale, delle case popolari.’
