AREZZO – L’assessore Casi: “Con BUL e Italia a 1 Giga connessione veloce nel territorio comunale” Approvata dall’Amministrazione comunale la modifica del regolamento che disciplina il rilascio di concessioni per l’alterazione di suolo e sottosuolo pubblico prevedendo la possibilità di velocizzare le pratiche collegate all’installazione dell’infrastuttura della fibra nel territorio comunale.
La decisione è stata presa per accelerare la realizzazione di due progetti, il BUL e il piano Italia a 1 Giga. Il primo, riguarda l’intervento su zone dichiarate a fallimento di mercato, aree che quindi necessitano di un investimento pubblico. Il secondo consentirà di realizzare la connessione ultraveloce con almeno un giga in download in tutte le aree periferiche attualmente meno servite.
“Abbiamo deciso di attivare tutti i meccanismi necessari alla realizzazione del piano Banda Ultra Larga grazie alla disponibilità dei fondi ministeriali dedicati, messi a disposizione attraverso Infratel a Regione Toscana. Lo stesso, con Open Fiber per quanto riguarda il piano Italia a 1 Giga”, commenta l’assessore Alessandro Casi. “Due progetti importanti per lo sviluppo della fibra nel nostro territorio comunale, soprattutto per quelle aree che oggi sono carenti dal punto di vista della connessione internet veloce. Grazie a questa modifica del regolamento, soprattutto con il piano BUL riusciremo in tempi breve a dare una risposta, grazie ai fondi europei e agli investimenti sulle infrastrutture digitali del PNRR”.
Con queste modifiche del regolamento l’Amministrazione potrà stipulare una convenzione con il MIMIT, Infratel e Regione Toscana per quanto riguarda lo sviluppo del piano BUL, e un’altra convenzione verrà attivata con Open Fiber per lo sviluppo del piano Italia a 1 Giga nel territorio comunale.
